The customer service we received was wonderful even from the owner's daughter! I paid twice the price to have a party at another skating rink so I was shocked when I got my bill. Our birthday experience was great and cant wait to do it again. Also, we do an event for suicide awareness and they were so gracious as to do free passes and a raffle basket.

She would not let us enter the facility until 20 minutes before the party began, which is understandable. She got real hostile with myself and the rest of the party attendees. She definitely does not know how to deal with the public. My child didn't have socks to play in the bouncers and she began stressing that socks were needed to use that area and was hateful and let me she had socks for sale. Do not waste your money on this place I will not ever return to this business unless this business learns proper business operations (customer service skills and hospitality). My family paid good money to have a pleasant experience for the kids and it was definitely was far from that at the least. She took us to a room and gave us a bunch of rules we couldn't eat birthday cake out of some small kinky dink room like we were in jail. This is not a fancy roller rink by any stretch. It's in a building down by the river in the area of…read morethe fairgrounds. The building is old and you have to climb steps to get to the top, walk down a little corridor to the ticket booth. They have a nice size rink. You've got to pay for your skate rental (unless you bring your own) and of course the cost to skate. It's very inexpensive! They have some disco lights and generally the music is a mix of pop and country. I've hosted at least one birthday here and attended a couple of others. It's not expensive at all to buy a birthday package. They allow you to bring in your own food and drink and they also have a concession for snacks. They have at least one or two pool tables and some arcades. A great place to bring the kids for some old school fun.
