The only reason for 4 stars is because it was a bit confusing when coming in to setup. But I think only one person was in charge of that part, which allowed for a ton of grace because again, it was crazy busy. The staff is super friendly and incredibly accommodating. I was really impressed with the group of young people who work there. I would definitely host another event with them and take my kids skating there often. But I will probably opt for the private party option instead.

It was such a chill, welcoming place. I didn't know what temperature to expect, I was fine in two layers but next time I'll bring gloves & beer koozies. The only snag was it was really hard to find our seats, there are no ushers and not much signage. But once you figure it out you don't need signs. Overall we had an awesome time, the ice center is a fantastic spot to watch hockey, and we can't wait to come back!

There were children skating recklessly with no staff paying attention or enforcing any safety rules. It created a chaotic environment, and it honestly didn't feel safe for anyone trying to enjoy the rink. The customer service was also extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. A few of them were downright rude, acting like answering simple questions or providing basic assistance was too much to ask. It really set a negative tone for the whole visit. The quality of the rink itself didn't help either. The ice was very uneven, full of rough spots and grooves that made it hard to skate smoothly. It felt like it hadn't been properly resurfaced in a long time. For a place that charges admission, I expected way better maintenance. Overall, the rink has potential, but it seriously needs improvements in safety, customer service, and ice quality. Until changes are made, I wouldn't recommend it and probably won't be returning anytime soon.

I did manage to fall twice (I'm sure that will leave a mark)!! It was fun to get back out on the ice with my son & two grandsons! The only drawback was the ice was not very smooth! I'm not sure when they bring out the Zamboni to resurface but it definitely needed it! The adult piece to skate was $17 per person and that included skate rental. No difference in price if you have your own skates. I definitely had fun trying to keep up!!! The snack bar was just mediocre! Nothing really jumps out but it's good to have a little something to choose from. Everyone definitely enjoyed the Hot Chocolate! Once my grandsons move back I can see becoming a regular!
