Parking and entry were super easy, the bar was small but had all the cold beer & spiked hot chocolate we wanted. Concessions were quick and great (we had hot pretzels & cheese, a lot of people were ordering pizza). The staff, the "regulars," ALL the people were super friendly. It was such a chill, welcoming place. I didn't know what temperature to expect, I was fine in two layers but next time I'll bring gloves & beer koozies. The only snag was it was really hard to find our seats, there are no ushers and not much signage. But once you figure it out you don't need signs. Overall we had an awesome time, the ice center is a fantastic spot to watch hockey, and we can't wait to come back!

I always go way over board on parties and then am stressed out on party day, but having it here the owner was so amazing and helpful that I was actually able to enjoy the party! She stepped up and went over and beyond when we needed it, but also gave us space to do our thing when it was time too. The party moved so smoothly and everyone had an amazing time! Our go to birthday/ party place from here on out! And the icing on the cake, the prices and packages are super reasonable for getting a PRIVATE use of the facility! There were children skating recklessly with no staff paying attention or enforcing any safety rules. It created a chaotic environment, and it honestly didn't feel safe for anyone trying to enjoy the rink. The customer service was also extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. A few of them were downright rude, acting like answering simple questions or providing basic assistance was too much to ask. It really set a negative tone for the whole visit. The quality of the rink itself didn't help either. The ice was very uneven, full of rough spots and grooves that made it hard to skate smoothly. It felt like it hadn't been properly resurfaced in a long time. For a place that charges admission, I expected way better maintenance. Overall, the rink has potential, but it seriously needs improvements in safety, customer service, and ice quality. Until changes are made, I wouldn't recommend it and probably won't be returning anytime soon.

We've been enrolling our 3 year old in classes here since August of 2021. Also, paying extra for the T-shirt at the end of the session feels ridiculous considering what we pay every single session... but overall our experience has been wonderful. We absolutely ADORE Coach Mattie. She has made gymnastics so fun for our Ryker. She single handedly makes the cost worth it for our boy. All the girls handling the little ones are super sweet but we wouldn't have continued if he didn't light up like he does every time he hears he gets to go see Coach Mattie.

Very unique and clever approach on the gym/play place offering for children of all ages (and…read morefamilies!) with "Ninja" style obstacle courses and equipment throughout. We went for a birthday party for one of my son's friends, and they did an excellent job. The party had probably 30+ children (with parents) and there were 3 team members, so a decent ratio of adults to children. Parking outside was a bit of a challenge - the facility is on a side street with industrial style buildings common in parts of edmond, but there was limited parking close to the door of the gym. The party was just under two hours and having been to hundreds of children's birthdays over the years, I liked their approach. They started with a demo in one area, and had all the kids line up and go through the activity. Then, onto 2-3 other demos, before it was open gym time. For the most part, my son found a lot to do and frequented his favorite activities. We did this for the next hour or so, then stopped for cake, singing, and pizza for 30 minutes or so. Then, they opened the gym back up for about 20 min of free play. The staff was warm and attentive - a younger adult man seemed to be the team lead assisted by a young teen boy, and a girl who could have been high school or early college age. A few children had some bumps and mishaps but no biggie. The girl who attended the party didn't speak professionally to my child as they inspected his shoes for icing or cake to renter the gym. He didn't understand how she wanted him to lift and then his feet for inspection (that is a little tricky!) and she got short with him in her tone of voice and body language. She frustratedly said, "NO - this way, you GOOF! THIS WAY." Yikes - a bit harsh and unnecessary. I was suuuuuper close to saying, "you don't need to speak to him that way - he's just 6 and trying to understand how to help you." - but I didn't. I figure it can't be the easiest job to be a children's birthday party attendant. She also repeatedly called the children, "kiddos." - it was just a bit odd. We would be interested in returning for another party, open gym or class - my son adored the experience. In fact, he has declared his next birthday will be there!
