A couple of things I observed that kept me from giving the establishment five stars was the pricing as well as how my massage concluded. Most salons have a standard $60 one hour full body massage so the $65 slightly caught me off guard. I usually wouldn't mind too much if hot stones were included at the minimum (customarily provided more often than not at massage parlors) or at least was turned over from laying on my stomach. I anticipated turning over onto my back and having the other half of my body massaged. So already it's 10 minutes less than the 60 minutes. I don't think it takes 10 minutes to undress. Maybe 3 minutes. She started with pressure on my back. Remember I asked for Swedish massage. But what I got was deep tissue, I guess. A lot of time on my back. Hardly anytime on my legs. When I flipped over she did do some shoulder work but not enough. A little more on my legs. During the massage there was NO aroma therapy. Which I've been to other places always aroma therapy. What they can't afford a diffuser? Very inexpensive device. And she only used lotion not oils which I'm used to. Overall experience I would say fast cheap and you probably don't get your moneys worth. And they want you to sign up for a package. Nope! I initially spoke with someone in the shop name Tu who told me he would have a tech redo my heels and he scheduled an appointment for me. Several hours later he called back saying that Mary and her son that were there the day of my service basically lied and denied everything that transpired the day that I had my service. Mary was rude and unprofessional that day and I see she is a big liar. The management upholds the employees and also attributes their rude and unprofessional behavior as a misunderstanding of culture. I would advise not to use this business!
