I got a call back saying a tech would be at my house in about 30 minutes. From the phone conversation to the technician both very polite, super professional and explained everything in detail. The culprit was a blown breaker which was the wrong size for my system. Labor and parts cost were about average. All in all I can't say enough good things about my experience.
