I am quite sensitive to pressure when it comes to massages and this one was the perfect amount. Enough that I felt my muscles were being treating with the occasional 'good' kinda pain, but also gentle enough that I could actually relax. I would also like to rave about the receptionist, Voki (hope the spelling is correct!) She was welcoming, friendly and kind. I very much enjoyed chatting with her while waiting to start my appointment. It's not often I get adult interaction, so it was so lovely that she made the effort to have a little chit chat with me. I hope to be back soon! Thank You

THANKYOU LEGACY,…read more Stumbled onto this shop by accident. Had persistent neck pain probably the last 5 years. Nothing to serious , but this past year it only got worse. My husband one day advised me to see someone. He said its covered so why not. Asked a coworker and was told to see Nadim at legacy . So I did. I had never seen a chiropractor before. Infact never had a massage before. Well........ I have absolutely no pain today . None. My body has never felt better . Never. I have more energy , more strength than I think I have ever had. That lingering discomfort I had for years , that zapped my energy is gone. I feel happy. Thankyou Nadim . God bless. Aso , the Gentleman at the front desk who helps out, I believe he is Nadims father, is super. So friendly, so accommodating. Love this place.

The spa is very nice and clean, relaxing, welcoming...all the things a massage centre should be. Reception was very nice, and Melanie, who was my masseuse was so wonderful! She constantly made sure I was comfortable, that I wasn't too hot, that she was massaging with enough pressure, etc. I will definitely be coming back. I felt so much better, thank you Melanie!!

We had 4 appointments booked in March for myself, significant other and kids. Those appointments were cancelled due to COVID, which is okay. Then August 19, 2020 I booked another appointment for my significant other, the appointment was cancelled without reason, I called and Ashley thought it was strange and said she would call back. Then the strangest email came stating they were uncomfortable with behaviour during the past massage.... WHAT!!! We are the most straight and narrow, well behaved people, and have no idea what Craig the owner is talking about. We have never had something like this happen, we are shocked, insulted and disappointed. I feel the need to write this review let people know to be aware that accusations here seem to be very loose! I hope they figure this out, and expect an apology.

The Staff are considerate & friendly, thank you to Kamal & Hamda who are professional not pushy. Thank you to Breanne for her knowledge, awareness and wonderful massages! I would highly recommend adding some aroma therapy its a lovely touch and the music experience needs some consideration, when the music stops, starts and continues to do this it interrupts the flow of the massage and the mood! One final thing your bathrooms need more attending, when I was there last night the bathroom I used smelled like urine and the seat was broken and had urine all over it! So maybe some anti bacterial wipes in the washrooms would be handy for the clients to sanitize before using, but overall I am happy with the friendliness and massage! Thanks Massage Addict for your services!
