It seemed like they were hoping that the missing item would not be noticed - and readily offered to make up for it only AFTER I called them. SOMETHING is not right - and I want the owner to know about this REPEATED short-changing, of the SAME expensive item, from especially large orders in which a missing item would not be noticed easily. The owner has worked hard to create good, tasty food. But questionable practices by late-night staff - and REPEATEDLY - is not doing any favours to the owner.

When the owner picked up, he was nothing short of rude and expressed that he couldn't explain anything over the phone and that I should come to the store in person. I was free so I made the trip and when I went, he made no attempt to explain or rectify the misunderstanding, he was rude and patronizing (saying I am ignorant and don't understand the culture because I'm not Bengali which may be true but I did my research so I thought the comment was rather offensive), and he was trash talking me and a fellow customer (who stood up to him for me when he made me cry) to a customer who walked in during all of this. In total, me and another customer (who had insisted on buying the 8 samosas I tried to order) spent 1.5 hours at the store waiting for the food on the owner's promise that the food would take "five more minutes".
