Whether it's their brisket, pulled pork, Mississippi beef. (my favorite), macaroni and cheese, or even their smoked cream cheese, you have to try it for yourself. When we were there yesterday, a woman told me she drives from Ponca just for their barbecue and walked out with a whole tray full of ribs. It's that good. Make sure to watch their Facebook page for updates on when they will be open and when they are sold out for the day. They also will give you a preview of what the menu is for the day and what is upcoming. I hear the seafood that they do is amazing. I can't wait to be there for that sometime. If you're on historic fourth in downtown, Sioux City, you won't see a restaurant with this name. Look for the bar Major's and as long as they are serving, you have found your place!
