I had the opportunity to finally pop in and see their store this weekend. It's in downtown Chico, lots of street parking, and a parking lot right next door also. Beautiful tree lined street, gorgeous building. This is where they do all their printing and there are several beautiful printing presses. I love that vibe. The store carries all of their card designs and some other knick knacks and gift items. A good place to find a unique gift and a gorgeous card. I am particularly fond of their card designs that look like tile. I enjoyed a nice visit with the employee working that day. It's a beautiful space!! Can't wait to come back.

All I got was an attitude from the guy on the phone and told to call Midea. I told him that the phone number doesn't work and he said "well, I don't know what to tell you". What is the point of purchasing from this vendor when they do not back up what they sell?!? I will never buy another product from this company! Midea "customer service" is absolutely the biggest run around I've ever been given! They have not returned my calls or done any sort of follow up. The customer service number is virtually out of order (in about 30 attempts to call, it has actually worked only twice).
