We rented a house from these people for the last 3 years. When we moved in, the house was dirty,…read morethe backyard looked like a jungle, the shower was so clogged that we spent $35 on drain cleaning supplies (found a woman's hair extension, a razor, a full bar of soap, a sock, and more hair when we plunged) and the carpets were so dirty that when I shampooed them it came out black. WE LET IT ALL GO! It was a place to live after having a bit of a rocky few weeks when we moved to NC. We were 10 hours from home, had our whole lives moved here and we just needed somewhere to live quickly!! I'll emphasize, WE LIVED HERE FOR 3 YEARS!!! We paid our rent, we always did our own repairs, and we NEVER started trouble! We recently bought our own house because it's just time to move on! We gave 30 days notice (we were on month to month renting at this point) moved all of our stuff out, cleaned the whole house, asked if they wanted us to paint (they said no) and asked if they wanted us to clean the carpets (again they said no). Now, we are not going to be getting our security deposit back because, they have more to paint then they thought, the back yard wasn't maintained (again it was a jungle when we moved in) and supposedly there's 3 broken windows (there isn't!) DONT EVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! They don't keep their word on ANYTHING!!! They're crooks! They have no problem screwing over good tenants!!

He went above and beyond to ensure we understood where our main water shut-offs would be, took pictures of anything that might be of concern, and made recommendations on the types of repairs we would need to ensure we were going to be moving into a safe building. He walked us through each section of the report and told us not to hesitate to give him a call back if we had any additional questions. In addition to this, Todd also was able to do a full well lab test to let us know that we have safe drinking water. Having all of this done during a single appointment allowed us to save money and gave us the best bang for our buck. We absolutely recommend Carolina Castle Homes to anyone who is looking for a Home Inspection!

I had the great pleasure of being introduced to Shannon through a family friend. My Stepfather…read morepassed away in May 2016. She was living 4 hours away. I wanted her to be closer so we could share time together. Once I met with Shannon, she met with my mom and I, we were totally comfortable. It was so nice to know we had someone on our side. This was a big move for my mom to move from Holden Beach Area to the Charlotte Metro area. We looked at a lot of homes together some we thought were the bestest house ever and Shannon would always look at them the point of you of what she had learned about my mom's needs. Bringing that level headedness needed to not make a selection just on emotions. We had some really good feedback from Shannon on what to look at in a home. Late July 2017 mom closed on her new home, she has really enjoyed her home. Fast forward to March of 2018, I find myself ending my marriage. Without a second thought I reached out to Shannon once again at a time in my life, I found myself needing support to make a life changing decision. Once again, Shannon was there and ready to assist. I was able to find the home of my dreams for my new start on life. Shannon was instrumental for my family at two of the biggest times in what is now our new normal. Professionalism, Knowledge, Understanding of the Market and of her client's needs. If you are looking for a new home or to sell your home or property you will not find a more compassionate realtor.
