I have now been without internet for 5 HOURS during my work day. This is beyond frustrating. I have tried calling multiple times only to be told by the automated service that there is an outage and I cannot speak with anyone until the outage has been resolved. Very, very unprofessional and disruptive. I have been forced to work from my mobile hot spot today, which only allows me access to a fraction of the information I need to do my job properly.

The actual product CenturyLink sells is pretty good. And the technician (Matt) who came out to hook us up was terrific. So essentially, this is CenturyLink: Their sales and "phone" service staff is pathetic, but the person who actually does some work (the field technician) was great. Both my wife and I were so frustrated talking to CenturyLink - if the technician that came out and set us up wouldn't have been as good as he was, we would have dropped their service yesterday.
