I have had to experiment with several ISPs in the past 10 years living in the 20th Century tech environment of rural Southern NM from years in Deming using Century Link, Hughesnet, & finally Xfinity which solved the problems but then having to relocate to a rural mountainous area of Radium Springs there were no other options but this fly by night chicken outfit who does not support their weak, inferior & Nearly useless service. I am exhausted trying to stream movies or music using this weaksauce Internet that rivals MID-90s AOL dialup in speed & reliability. If you are living in this region and must depend on this company for your internet needs, may God have mercy on your soul.

The actual product CenturyLink sells is pretty good. And the technician (Matt) who came out to hook us up was terrific. So essentially, this is CenturyLink: Their sales and "phone" service staff is pathetic, but the person who actually does some work (the field technician) was great. Both my wife and I were so frustrated talking to CenturyLink - if the technician that came out and set us up wouldn't have been as good as he was, we would have dropped their service yesterday.
