I sat there explaining it to him for maybe 45-60 mins. He kept trying to call his retail connection, but he finally hung up on them. That was a Thursday night. I drove 15 miles to that store to get my issue resolved. David said he would speak to a person the next day that could better handle my problem and get back to me. I tried calling the store and they never answer the phone. David had put his phone number in my phone so I could reach him. He wrote david att 505 427-8069. I have tried calling that number 10-15 times. He answers and hangs up. I am going to find out if this is a franchise or owned by ATT and hopefully get David fired because he is the worst most disrespectful person ever. I have so many wonderful things to say about her but, bottom line, she's professional (very good communication, on time, meticulous, perfect work ethic and perfect work) and then there's the beautiful person behind that work ethic. Michelle was thorough and has a full understanding of how things need to be done, and sensitive to specific needs. I simply told her what I wanted as an end result with no instruction and she understood and did a fabulous job for me. I will use her again at any opportunity I have and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a "handyman" for big or small projects.
