At the time, Soren was attentive and recommended a few options for the project. I also inquired about yearly inspection and maintenance as a preventative measure for future issues. He indicated I should recieve quotes for the different options from them VIA email shortly, and then I never heard back. I tried contacting and left messages with them several times over the next few weeks through phone calls and email with absolutely no response. Even responding back to me indicating they didn't want to do the work would have been acceptible. In the end they wasted my time during the initial inspection, and subsequient inquiries trying to get quotes. I can't imagine this company being reliable for regular maintenance given thier poor handling of this situation. I was able to go with another company who provided prompt responses and service. I would suggest looking to options other than A1 for your roofing needs.

He returned within 24hrs via phone call with estimates for different roof types as requested. Once his bid was accepted the quote was e-mailed and materials were ordered within the hour. Daryll stated they would start on a Wednesday and would have the job complete by Sunday, weather permitting. With taking Thanksgiving day off, Daryll and his crew kept their commitment and worked through rain, wind and snow to complete the job on time. Communication was excellent as they progressed through the project. Daryll and his crew were courteous and professional. Daryll and Modern Roofing would definitely get my recommendation.

He made it so easy to file a claim with our homeowners insurance Farmers. Once we called Farmers they just communicated with each other. They handled the rest and within a few weeks they were reroofing our house! Farmers had no issues with claim and sent us the money to start project and then the balance when it was complete. There were no surprises and all we paid was our deductible. Their crew were so professional, clean and FAST!!! Our house and barn were completed in two days!!
