The hygienist was the same woman who brutalized me last year and I asked not to have her again. Surprise! She didn't use the mobile light to see into my mouth as she cleaned my teeth. Not that it really matters but it has to make things easier to see right? She was marginally more gentle but I still had to say OUCH more than once. That has never happened to me. And now twice. And she said my teeth were perfect so why did it hurt so much? . Bottom line- the place looks shabby. The staff doesn't seem happy. I don't get a good warm feeling about this place anymore.
