The gate did $4,000.00 in damage to my truck. I asked the manager if I should make a police report as I have full coverage, he told me not to do that they watched the video and it was on them to pay for my damage. He asked for an estimate and told me he would cut me a check. I sent my estimate as asked and never got paid, I was told they're not responsible for their parking lot. I could have filed a report with my insurance company! They are thieves!!! At the time I worked for BlackRock installations, they're contractor. I paid 2 men and myself for almost 4 weeks and was never paid! So between Lowes and BlackRock installations I will never deal with Lowes again!! I would leave no stars if I could!
