Overall I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work that I received @ M-Tech…read more The craftsmanship was not that of what you expect from a professional shop. When I returned the bike, I provided pictures showing what I'd originally expected to be done before ordering the bars like you and I had discussed. I ended up paying an additional $500 in labor and still have wires exposed and clipped together with zip ties. This is extremely disappointing spending $1250 in labor and not getting the job completed. For these reasons, I'm unable to continue doing business with you or recommend any of my coworkers or friends to have work done on their bikes at M-Tech.

I understand that the average worker there probably isn't considering a career with the company, but the level of incompetence and utter disregard for making my ownership satisfaction is astonishing. We are at a disadvantage as there is really only one Honda dealership in our area, but at this point, if I were to purchase another Honda, I'll drive the extra two hours to purchase from a dealer that values their customers. Honda builds excellent and reliable motorcycles, but the support from this particular dealership is abysmal.

I usually go to an O'Reilly's when I need auto parts. The location on 3rd St was my go-to. They…read moreprovided good service and they always had the part I needed. I recently visited the Cascade Villages store. A young man helped my find 3 sets of wipers for 3 cars. When I got home, I started installation. 4 our of 6 wipers were incorrect. So I returned the next day. I asked for a manager to assist me. She identified the problem and found the correct items this time. I went home and started installation. Working on the last car, the wiper box did not have the 'adapters' package included within it so I was unable to complete the swap out. For the third time, I returned to O'Reilly's. The gentleman behind the counter was surprised the parts were missing but immediately replaced it with a proper package of wipers and parts. While I understand that sometimes mistakes are made, I feel that 3 visits to the store for windshield wipers is a bit too much. Sadly, I won't go back to this store.
