His prices are generally great, and he guarantees the things he sells. If you are borrowing money, you'll get better loan terms and better service here than virtually any other pawn shop for 50 miles in any direction. There's a reason the place is always busy. I'm docking him 1 star because service is so often slow. If you can stand the wait, it's well worth doing business here. :)

When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to Yelp and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc). Josh is very professional, knows his stuff, and really cares about his clients. He'll be my go-to plumber from now on!

Even after I left the store I felt sick to my stomach even into the night.I kept waiting for the manager of the store to intervene to rectify the situation since he was only a few feet away watching the events unfold but to no avail. I, myself had managed a similar store in the same mall for nearly 7 years and was dumbfounded that any employer would allow an employee to speak to a customer the way they spoke to me. I refused to go back to the store because of their awful customer service.
