I took my sterling silver ring to be resized and was told in 3 weeks, they will be done. We are now on week 7 or 8 and I still have not received any notification that it is done and after calling to see if it was ready, they kept pushing it up another week in order for me to get it back and was reminded that I would receive a message when it is done. I am from out of state and received a couple watches as gifts. Could not find a jewelry store that would size watches at a reasonable cost. ($35) at other places is way to much to pay especially when you have a few to size. They charged less than half that, and they al came out perfect. The staff was friendly and took care of all the watch sizes in a very reasonable time. It was also the perfect amount of time to look through there cases of their pearl setting selections. My wedding ring broke and they fixed it! I'm super happy with the results! I recommend this place to everyone!

I am very disappointed with the customer service here. this is the 4th time I have had my ring in to get stones replaced. When dropping off the ring I explained the issues I have had with my ring that is only 2 years old. Their response was not helpful and rather negative. They did not offer to make this situation right. I called to check on my ring as today is the promise date and was told the stones aren't in and it would be a few more days and it was not their fault stones were not in. Which is fine, but at least call me and let me know the situation. I love my ring, i just question the craftsmanship and customer service. UPDATE: Went to pick my ring up today and the center stone was still not straight. He went in the back to fix it and cracked the stone. Also spoke with the owner and received no help regarding the prong issues and stones falling out. Everything was my fault. It's "normal wear and tear".... the prongs used to set my stones were manufacturer prongs so its not his problem. For more money, he can maybe make some adjustments. So now I continue to wait for my ring to be fixed again. upset and frustrated. read more

i brought a chain in to get fixed along with a letter D pennant and they lost the pennant. because the lady at the front did not write down that it came with a pennant, im at a loss. she acted as if there was nothing they could for me and tried to send me on my way until the manager and another man came to help me and they were more than helpful and ordered me a new one. read more

Took my wedding ring in to be sized, when I picked it up they gave me a different ring and it was also the wrong size. They took it back and said they would check into it. They called to tell me my ring was now ready but when I picked it up the same wrong ring ! I again told them it was NOT my wedding ring. I should know I've been wearing it for 46 years !!. The store offered no solution or apology. They only said " I understand that you're upset".
