I ordered the deep fried ball of crayfish and rice and panku bread crumbs. They promised it would be fried to perfection, and I must say they did really well! Delicious! I also had their take, 12 piece nigiris of the chefs choice (2 of each kind). It was delicious and I especially loved the crayfish nigiri. Spot on! I ordered green tea but it was very busy and the waitress forgot to serve it, but she didn't forget to put it on the bill, therefore minus one star. But the service was a lot better this time then my previous visit and I was very happy. Will be back next time I am visiting Sweden.

From what I know this is a rather new place that serves Asian fusion food. The interior is probably best described as green and rustic with focus on nature and natural material such as wood. Not the most cosy vibe when I first looked in from the street but once you got in and got you table it was much better than expected and a nice relaxed vibe. How about the food? I tried a bun meal and a salmon bowl. The buns where probably the best buns I've tried and the bowl where real good but not the best I've tried. Still very high class and this is without a doubt the best restaurant I've ever tried in Kungsbacka. The food where good, exciting and something new for me and as the same time high quality. Being one of those restaurant locations that has changed owners and name a little too often for…read moretheir own good during their years I was sceptic when we booked a company event here. Having heard they were under new ownership, or at least new direction and theme again, I hoped that it wouldn't be all that bad. The focus now is that you choose your vegetables from a buffé of cold veggies, uncooked meat and fish / seafood. You put this on your plate, add some flavour to it by pouring different marinades and / or spices on top of it. After you have composed your dish of uncooked ingredients you hand it over to the chef who then cooks it right in front of you. It is quite impressive to watch, they separate and cook the different ingredients in the order they should be cooked (sea food last). After they are done they hand over the plate and you can get seated. Being a sea food buff I can just say WOW! It fits my taste buds just right, getting to select exactly what you want to eat, plenty of sea food, fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and full of taste. I probably ate more than I should, but, it was worth it. Vegetarian or non-meat eater? You can easily compose a dish according to your preference, recommended!

You do get plenty of food, though, and if you're staying in, they do have real plates and utensils. No ice for your drink, though, and the soda machine is always broken. I saw at least three people tell the staff but maybe they don't know what to do to fix it because there was no movement on that front while we were there for 20 minutes. So, definite meh place bordering on bleck.
