Being one of those restaurant locations that has changed owners and name a little too often for their own good during their years I was sceptic when we booked a company event here. Having heard they were under new ownership, or at least new direction and theme again, I hoped that it wouldn't be all that bad.
The focus now is that you choose your vegetables from a buffé of cold veggies, uncooked meat and fish / seafood. You put this on your plate, add some flavour to it by pouring different marinades and / or spices on top of it. After you have composed your dish of uncooked ingredients you hand it over to the chef who then cooks it right in front of you. It is quite impressive to watch, they separate and cook the different ingredients in the order they should be cooked (sea food last).
After they are done they hand over the plate and you can get seated. Being a sea food buff I can just say WOW! It fits my taste buds just right, getting to select exactly what you want to eat, plenty of sea food, fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and full of taste.
