I am now on my 3rd amendment (things change) and Cynthia has been very responsive, explaining the options and providing her best recommendations. I once needed a new deed when I moved property from personal ownership to a rental LLC. When I needed to move back into the LLC property she saved me a bundle by counseling me to give a long-term lease to myself so I could avoid title transfer from myself to, well, myself. ;-) I was still able to obtain the "homestead exemption" from Kauai County. I'm now out of state on an extended, multi-month, trip but Cynthia has been outstanding responding to my unanticipated needs by providing an outline of my options and explaining concisely what those options meant. No gobble-gook repeating the same thing over and over again trying to inflate her time charge as I've experienced with way too many lawyers. I also appreciate that she's always happy so very easy to communicate with.

Review for my dad Greg Rita:…read more Two days ago I had my business hard drive crash. The harddrive was fried and not able to turn anymore. I called around and no one could recover my data off of the hard drive on Kauai. I was looking at having to input months of data that wad lost. I contacted Josh. He discussed options with me and said that he would try to recover my data. He contacted me as soon as he was able to get my data making my stress level decrease. Josh was able to figure out how to get my data, update me to the latest software, and get my business back up and running within 48 hours. Josh saved me hours of work, decreased my stress and was very affordable compared to other offers here on Kauai. I am very thankful for his work and level of professionalism and care for his customers needs. I look forward to continue to keep working with Josh in the future. I highly recommend Josh to anyone who sees the blue screen of death pop up on their computer. I am giving him 5 stars because there isn't an option for 6.

Her retainer fee was very reasonable, she instructed me to write a polite email to my ex which stated my position, and my ex wrote back stating that my Christmas visitation would be ignored. Emiko Meyers was then able to schedule a court date within 10 days of the email exchange, and was promptly able to get my ex to back away in the meeting room before the hearing began, based solely on the email exchange. After all was said and done, Emiko Meyers refunded a portion of the retainer back to me without me even requesting it. I was flabbergasted by her expertise and professionalism. My only regret was not having been referred to Emiko to hire her for my original divorce decree.
