They recently moved to 370 Main Street N and the new location is 3X the size and AMAZING! They buy clothing from the public to stock their store so inventory is always changing. They're fair and make sure to select the best items for their racks. They buy casual clothing/everyday wear for teens and twenty year olds however I always see various age demographics shopping in there! You bring in your items and they sort through them in usually 20 minutes but can be longer depending on how busy they are. They select what they can sell and it gets priced 50-70% below original retail price, and then offer you 30-40% of that price upfront in cash, which is pretty fair for items you don't want or are going to donate anyway. They aren't a store to resell and make a huge profit, just get cash for clothes you don't love anymore but are still in good condition. They put on their sales floor what they Purchase so inventory all depends on what people are selling. Some days they're low on certain stock (like size 8-10 shoes) and the next time you go they have a ton! So best to check back often. They don't clean items on site but advertise that everything brought in has to be clean/freshly laundered. I've found most items to be clean and in good condition, sometimes items get damaged on the sales floor but when pointed out to staff they take them off the floor right away. Some of the reviews below are misleading and inaccurate all stores have policies, even thrift stores. I've always found them to be very accommodating and respectful. A great place, worth it to drop in and check out for sure - you will absolutely find something! I will continue to shop and sell there!

It's a loft-like space with lots of natural light and really well decorated. One thing that set it apart immediately, is it doesn't have that thrift store smell. They're true to their word that they're only selecting good quality items. Sure, some of the items are perhaps a bit plain, but you don't have to take too long to find a few things you'll like. It's certainly not the case of searching for a diamond in the rough. I imagine woman will like the place even more since about 80% of the floor space is for them. There were several shoppers there and they seemed to have no issue picking out great stuff too. Also, prices are GREAT! Anyone who's 'vintage' shopped in places like Kensington Market will know that things can still have relatively higher prices. My items were incredibly inexpensive, including a Banana Republic shirt which showed virtually no signs of wear for $10. I found out at the counter that this is actually a franchise as part of a fairly large chain (which I hadn't previously heard of). Regardless, they're a very unique and welcome edition to the city.

I can't believe this place is still in business. They have the most appalling customer service. So rude and unbusinesslike. I went there with my sister on a sunny summer day. We just walked In from the parking lot and wanted to try on dresses. My sister has eczema on her arms and the lady who came to help us asked what it was. My sister said dry skin. She then went to talk to another lady who works (or maybe even owns it). That lady came and asked again what is that. My sister explained again. I asked what the problem was and she answered you look hot and I don't want you to try on the dresses if you're hot. My other customers wouldn't like it. What the heck did that mean? We knew it had nothing to do with the sunny day but the eczema. I couldn't believe how these women made my sister feel and then tried to play it off to we looked hot. Eczema is a skin condition and it is NOT contagious it's just dry skin. I told my sister we should leave because I don't want to give our business to a store that is so uneducated and rude towards their potential customers. We went to another store in that mall that treated us super nice. We spent a lot of money there and bought some beautiful dresses. Coco couture made a HUGE MISTAKE we will never step foot in that store again and we will tell everyone who asks what a bad store it is and that they have no customer service or people skills.

Overall, there weren't that many items on the shelves, especially in the beauty section and shoes. However, I found that the shoes were slightly of better quality, made in Italy, Spain, etc. This is a very quiet Winners, but I found it a refreshing change from the busier locations.

I am heartbroken and extremely disappointed with my experience with Pehrawa Designer Studio Ltd. I…read morespent over $935 of my hard-earned money on suits that were supposed to be special for me and my daughter, and what I received was nothing short of a nightmare. The outfits were poorly made, ill-fitting, and unwearable: * The tops were so tight and short and no extra material to make them bigger. * Pants were sewn so tight they couldn't even be pulled up my thighs, with no extra material to fix them. * Outfits that were supposed to be A-line were made as straight cuts. * The finishing was messy, with stitching already falling apart, noisy dupattas with excessive ghotta, and even a completely wrong zipper placement. I trusted the owner and gave her every chance to make this right. I sent photos, videos, and detailed messages. At first, she promised to send a replacement, then later admitted she was going out of business -- and since then, she has completely stopped responding to me. No accountability, no follow-up, no resolution. Because of this, I had to spend an additional $1,500 just to buy new suits for myself and my daughter. This was supposed to be a joyful experience, but instead it has left me stressed, hurt, and financially drained. It is beyond unfair to take a customer's money, deliver such poor quality, and then vanish without honoring your promises. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I went through.
