Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them. The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. If you don't find just what you are looking for in Phila, MSI also has a (I assume larger) facility in Edison NJ. MSI is the supplier of stone for many of the stone fabricators in and around Philadelphia, so you might as well go here first for the best selection. You can use their web page to look through actual photos of most of the slabs they have in stock, and the photos are clearer than most of the similar photo websites that other stone providers have. I am an actual customer, who has visited 5 other large stone suppliers, and this place is the best I've found.

We have to agree. I went to other places that did not have the selection MSI has. Not only that, but the sales people were warm and friendly and very helpful and informative. The only thing they couldn't do was give us a quote for the price of the stone slabs we liked, so we could tell if we were within our budget or not. Your fabricator is the one who gives you the price for the slabs. Our customer service representative at MSI made sure she/they got our fabricator the information they needed in a timely fashion. We worked with Melissa, who was absolutely amazing!! We felt she had our backs for holding the slabs we chose for us while we got our pricing and made our final decision. We came back to see our selections, and she was able to have someone move the slabs o be able to see all three slabs we were choosing, so there would be no surprises when they arrived at our fabricator. All in all, even though the drive was almost 4 hours each way, it was a wonderful experience. My husband and I would highly recommend MSI Surfaces in Hatboro PA to anyone interested in selecting natural stone or quartz.
