I can't say enough good things about Krisz Nato. I hired him to remodel an existing sun room. The…read morescope included leveling a large area of the floor that had missing tiles, installing a floating laminate floor over the tile, replacing/patching wold molding around the windows, patching drywall, building custom door fronts for cabinets below a bench area, replacing old track lighting with new recessed LED lighting, and painting. I ended up adding a sink area (which required him to install a cabinet, hook up old plumbing, and install tile/grout) after he'd quoted the job and he was happy to accommodate the changes. He also ended up creating a new wooden top for the bench area, which was also not planned, but he did a beautiful job and was extremely fair in the additional cost for the work. He ran into several unforeseen challenges with my old house, but he always came up with creative solutions. Krisz was friendly, courteous, and careful about keeping the work area clean. It took a bit longer than he had estimated, but he kept me totally informed about the change in the timeline throughout the project. The end result was much better than I expected. I would hire him again without hesitation!

I felt very comfortable with him and his father working in my home while I was out of town and at work. My only complaint was that there was dust all over my apartment after the demolition. Mike kindly offered a credit for a cleaning service to help remedy that, which I appreciated. The tiling came out great, I would definitely hire Mike again!

I've held off leaving a review until he finished my second project because he's a hidden gem. Once people realize how talented he is, you'll have to join a waiting list to hire him. Mike possesses a true mastery of his craft. I know a lot of people that would do a good job as long as there are no surprises. Mike will do an excellent job no matter the circumstances because he's probably seen it before and knows how to fix it. He has the confidence and knowledge to walk into a room and get to work. He's not going to call his manager or google the next step. He is the manager; he is the go-to guy. Secondly, he has a good eye for design too. For my vestibule, I had an idea of what I want. I explained it in my layman's terms and hazy descriptions and he saw what I was envisioning. I didn't need to over-explain it or draw a picture. He just got it. Also, and more importantly, he's honest. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. That never happens. Anyone else would have charged extra when they discovered the subfloor was rotted, or when they saw a 10 degree slope in the corner. Mike didn't. He stuck to what he said and even fixed a few wall tiles in the kitchen - no charge. Not to mention, his prices are a bargain. People with half his skill, wanted a whole lot more. Lastly, he's a friendly guy. I know it can feel awkward having a stranger in your home. Not with Mike. He's trustworthy, down to earth, and you'll be friends in no time.
