The two occasions we visited, we walked in and there was only one barber, a nice young man in the back. I belive his name is Eric. He was willing and available to cut my son and husband both times. Our son is usually scared of getting his hair cut and the nice young barber in the back got a cool car seat and made it an easy experience for our boy. The cut looked good too! Dad got a handsome haircut and a luxurious beard cleanup. Also, this barber does good brows on men. The customer right before us had gnarly caterpillars for brows and the barber cleaned them up really well. I believe this man's name is Eric. Eric, we appreciate your clean lines and attention to detail. Coming here was way better than the discount chain barbershops in the area that only spend 20 minutes for crooked lines and crappy fades. Worth it!

I was so excited to find a salon that uses Olaplex and does balayage since moving to the area…read more Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. I got there about 10 minutes early and waited, then another client arrived 10 minutes later, at the time of the appointment. We soon found out we were double booked. The stylist (who owns the salon) arrived about 15-20 minutes after the appointment time. The stylist/owner was good friends with the other client so she asked me if I minded if she did her friends hair really quick first. I said that's fine. She sat me in a salon chair with a drape next to her friend while I waited. Come to find out it wasn't real quick, it was about two hours before she got to me. I have extremely thin, blonde hair, and just wanted balayage highlights, so they tend to always set very fast. I am usually in and out of a salon (including drying and styling) within 2-2.5 hours max. It turns out she didn't know what balayage was, nor was she trained in it, because she thought balayage was the same as ombré. I had to show her pictures of my previous balayage highlights, but she then showed me ombré hair and told me that was balayage, and that I needed foils if I wanted highlights near the top of my head. At this point I was tired and ready to get it over with, so I said sure, do foils. My stylist was on the phone with her daughter the entire time, doing my hair with her phone between her shoulder and ear. She put her on hold and spoke to me a few times asking about my daughter (I don't have a daughter, which I told her 3 times.) She ended up taking 4 hours after the additional 2 hour wait from her friend. I've never experienced anything like this, and was hoping at least this would be cheap. I witnessed the client in the other chair next to me, done by another stylist, having a very unprofessional experience as well, but I won't get into that. After it was finally done, she told me she did an extra treatment in my hair (without my consent or knowledge) which is why "it took a little longer" and she gave me a "free" sample size bottle of hairspray for the wait. I never complained because I'm not that type of person and didn't feel comfortable doing so. So there was nothing took off my bill and it was a 6 hour appointment for the full price of $175 before tip. I have went to a very professional salon in my previous town for a long time by someone who is fully trained and experienced in hair for less than this cost in the fraction of the time. If this costed $75 or so, I wouldn't write a bad review. But to charge as much or more than a professional stylist for something they didn't know how to do, plus the unprofessional experience and wait time was very frustrating. I hate writing bad reviews or treating anyone poorly, but I just feel compelled to make sure others won't make the mistake I did, or that the salon can learn and grow to be better.

I very clearly showed him a picture of myself and my favorite hair appearance. Told him I had not colored my hair because I liked my greying coming out naturally. I told him I wanted a cut that would highlight my greying and before I knew it he's picking out my hair...and I am thinking he's going to balance my brown hair tone. When he finished I was 75% blonde. Gezz. wtf!!! And to think I was referred to him. Beware!! I was in tears by the time I got home and ended up taking the scissors to my hair to remove some of that shitty blonde color! My hair is a total %$@% up!! Another 6 months of growth before I can have my hair back. So disgusted with him.

I opted for the deluxe which comes with everything the basic does plus a scrub, marine mask, and hot towel wrap. Amy did my pedicure. She was attentive and pleasant! She did a pretty good job with my cuticles and polish, which are 2 things I'm very particular about. As far as pricing, it was pretty expensive, $98 after tax and tip, not to mention I did bring my own gel polish. It was later brought to my attention that the deluxe pedi with gel is advertised as $60 on their menu so I'm not sure why I was charged $75 before tax and tip. Overall, I was satisfied with my service. In the future, I'll ask to soak longer since it was pretty quick from the time they filled my bowl and I put my feet in the water until the time she began my pedi.

This establishment is located in a small plaza but there was still plenty of parking. There were other patrons getting services when I entered and I was promptly greeted with a warm welcome. I got seated and David got right to work on my pedicure. Another gentleman came out and brought me a frozen slushie drink. As part of my service, I got acrylic on one of my big toes which David did a good job overall with shaping to look natural. I know that they close at 7pm but I do feel like a lot of the service was rushed as far as the callus scrub and polish job. My heels were still not smooth, which they aren't bad to begin with. The polish is a bit on my cuticles and not painted to the side wall of my nail beds (which is a big pet peeve). The total for this service including tax and tip was $101. While it got the job done, I have had way better pedicures for half of that price.
