Tommy and his wife are amazing. So sweet and professional and they always do a great job. He just did these for Vday.

DO NOT GO HERE. Rude. Unprofessional. Don't listen to customer. Never had such a terrible and careless experience at a nail salon. Made a 6pm apt. When I got there, they were way over booked, and I sat for a while before going to a chair. They started soaking my nails. I sat there with my nails soaking for over 30 minutes. I came in with long, natural nails that had powder dip on them. Almond shape with a little bit more of a point them. Very natural looking. The guy asked if I wanted them cut down and what shape. I said please cut down a TINY bit and same shape I have now, almond shape with more of a point. He immediately cut my natural nails very short. I was shocked. I thought, let it go. Not the end of the world. He then starts to file them down even more. So much so he was sanding my skin on the top of my finger. That's how short they were now. I was speechless. He asked if the shape was okay. They were oval. I said almond with a little bit more pointy tip, like I had. He then files them into a sharp triangle with a needle point tip. Asks if they're okay, no, I said no. But what can you do about it? My nails are gone. He tries to argue with me. I said, I'm not arguing with you. Let's just get this done so I can get out of here. He starts dipping powder. I chose 165, a burgundy with hints of golden shimmer. The color he's filling is orange. I think, wait until the final coat and the true color comes out. Sure enough, he puts top coat on and they are brown rust. I asked to see the book. I show him it's not even the color I wanted. Nor the shape or length I wanted. I said, "I'm not trying to be an asshole but this is terrible. Why ask customers what they want if you're going to do whatever the hell you want to do which is NOTHING like what they requested?" The old lady next to us says, come back tomorrow and we will fix it. Why the hell would I ever go back there? Worst experience at a nail salon in my life. I'm stunned. Angry. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that cares, listens, and actually has professionalism and a welcoming attitude, the first time. Bathroom is disgusting. No tools were cleaned or soaked after use. He sanded my cuticle and made me bleed with the drimmel tool. If they are making people bleed, they should dispose of those sanding tips and clean tools. Blood??????? DO NOT GO HERE. Rude. Unprofessional. Don't listen to customer. Never had such a terrible and careless experience at a nail salon. Made a 6pm apt. Alex did amazing!! Full acrylic set was $75, I called that morning and they were able to get me in right away! Everyone is welcoming, the environment is relaxing, and I loved the massage chairs during my pedicure too (I didn't get the gals name who did my toes but she was super sweet)! I got a tonnnn of compliments on these nails Alex will be my go to person here!

    This is my short set.

I've been to 3 nail shops in Alamogordo. This one has been the best for me. I like my nails natural looking but fake AF and they kill it. They are by appointment only for nails and walk in's for pedicures most days. They are clean. Organized. And quite tv and music type of quite

Glue in index and ring fingers. Sparkles on thumb.

My dip service was painted on. The guy didn't completely remove previous dip and ran his electric file/ buffer over my finger. Ouch! When he finished, I had to ask him to file my nails again, because they were not smooth at the ends. Note in the pictures that there are glue and dip sparkles left on my hand. $50 is very expensive for dip. I pay $30 at home and get better service. Vibe: I felt like just another customer.

I'm from AZ and have been here for 2 years. I have been putting off getting my nails done as long as I can (mostly because we take frequent trips back home so I get them done there) but I finally gave in the other day and I was pleasantly surprised! The lady (I think the owner) that did my nails was gentle and I didn't feel rushed even though it was closing time. She listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions. I was nervous to do oval because you have to shape each individual nail, but I think she did a great job! Will definitely be coming back! Next time I will try almond shape!

Gel already raised and has been peeling off a bit near the cuticles.

Unsure about services for those who get fake nails. Just ok for natural nails. It went to get my crusty hands and feet looking civilized for a formal event. I did a mani/pedi with massage, mint scrub, paraffin wrap. Staff were nice and timely. Things took a turn when I bled non-stop after the tech cut my cuticle too close to the skin. They disinfected a lot and seemed embarrassed about it. Gel polish became raised and started chipping within 4 days rather than the 3 weeks it should last. For the price I am not sure about returning here.

I like this place for Alamogordo. Came in with no appointment There were 3 technicians and 4 people in a chair and I was still able to get in with less than 10 mins to wait. No long lines, maybe because I came in on a Thursday afternoon when people (like myself) should be at work. The technician was very detailed. And i like the way he took his time after he slipped on my shoes to "clean up " any stray marks. I'm a fan... :)

This is highly unusual for me as I have had other pedicures that last for nearly a month. My mom's still looks really good, so that is the main reason why I haven't gone down to 2 stars.** Me and my mom went in for her 1st pedicure. It was a very quiet day, with little customers. We were seated right away, and began our treatment. Our nail techs were very nice and made my mom's 1st experience pleasant. When we were done we were told to just wait in the chairs since there were no other customers to allow our feet to dry. This would be the only negative thing I could say: when we were told to wait, it was okay at 1st. Then business began to pick up, and our techs obviously went to other customers. We waited awhile, and had to ask if we could go. Sorta felt like we were forgotten. Regardless we would go back to this place again. I was hurt and cut by a different, local nail salon and was very apprehensive about them cutting my nails. They listened to my request and didn't cut my nails, and was very gentle. My tech was very sweet, and I enjoyed my time at this establishment.

The technician who did my nails was easily the rudest person I've encountered in this industry. When I explained how I wanted my nails, he essentially ignored me. From start to finish, the experience was terrible. I asked for an overlay on my natural nails, but he immediately reached for the clippers to cut them. I had to repeat that I wanted an overlay and a square‑round shape. He rolled his eyes, picked up his phone, and carried on a conversation. When he came back, it was obvious he had very little experience with the drill--the pressure he used was completely unacceptable. Then I noticed he was applying acrylic starting at the tip of my nail and working backward, doing this twice per nail. When I asked whether my nails would be even, he acted like I was asking too much and muttered, "yeah, sure." When he began filing, it was obvious the nails were uneven, and the shape was oval instead of the square‑round shape I had specifically requested. I finally took the emery board myself to show him what I meant. He told me--multiple times--that there were plenty of other salons I could go to and that I didn't have to come back. Despite everything, I let him finish because it felt too late to walk out. He repeated at least three more times that I could go elsewhere, including when I paid him $60 for what was essentially a $7-quality job. Considering all four salons in this city have ratings between 2 and 3 stars, I told him he would never see another dime from me. Do NOT go here. The customer service is awful! If I had the option to give negative 10 stars I would! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!

I was so excited to find a salon that uses Olaplex and does balayage since moving to the area…read more Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. I got there about 10 minutes early and waited, then another client arrived 10 minutes later, at the time of the appointment. We soon found out we were double booked. The stylist (who owns the salon) arrived about 15-20 minutes after the appointment time. The stylist/owner was good friends with the other client so she asked me if I minded if she did her friends hair really quick first. I said that's fine. She sat me in a salon chair with a drape next to her friend while I waited. Come to find out it wasn't real quick, it was about two hours before she got to me. I have extremely thin, blonde hair, and just wanted balayage highlights, so they tend to always set very fast. I am usually in and out of a salon (including drying and styling) within 2-2.5 hours max. It turns out she didn't know what balayage was, nor was she trained in it, because she thought balayage was the same as ombré. I had to show her pictures of my previous balayage highlights, but she then showed me ombré hair and told me that was balayage, and that I needed foils if I wanted highlights near the top of my head. At this point I was tired and ready to get it over with, so I said sure, do foils. My stylist was on the phone with her daughter the entire time, doing my hair with her phone between her shoulder and ear. She put her on hold and spoke to me a few times asking about my daughter (I don't have a daughter, which I told her 3 times.) She ended up taking 4 hours after the additional 2 hour wait from her friend. I've never experienced anything like this, and was hoping at least this would be cheap. I witnessed the client in the other chair next to me, done by another stylist, having a very unprofessional experience as well, but I won't get into that. After it was finally done, she told me she did an extra treatment in my hair (without my consent or knowledge) which is why "it took a little longer" and she gave me a "free" sample size bottle of hairspray for the wait. I never complained because I'm not that type of person and didn't feel comfortable doing so. So there was nothing took off my bill and it was a 6 hour appointment for the full price of $175 before tip. I have went to a very professional salon in my previous town for a long time by someone who is fully trained and experienced in hair for less than this cost in the fraction of the time. If this costed $75 or so, I wouldn't write a bad review. But to charge as much or more than a professional stylist for something they didn't know how to do, plus the unprofessional experience and wait time was very frustrating. I hate writing bad reviews or treating anyone poorly, but I just feel compelled to make sure others won't make the mistake I did, or that the salon can learn and grow to be better.
