Got a haircut and eyebrow waxing. The haircut was ok, the vibe was a little awkward and really quiet. Going here for massages with "Hazel" who does a fabulous job! First time was a Stone Massage- well worth it for the tired muscle to relax. Other appointments are 90 minutes deep massage. You won't be disappointed. Hazel asks how her pressure is for you and will readjust as needed to fit your desire. She is now offering massage for the feet. Amber does an amazing job on my hair, its long and frizzy and she gets it cut, cleaned and colored better than anyone else ive gone to. She is also great to talk to and be around. The salon itself is really nice to be in, really open and refreshing. It doesnt feel like a lot of salons do, where its really weird to be there with so many people (or atleast i think so). I have attempted to schedule an appointment here over 4x. I have been told each time (when the phone was answered) that the stylist I requested (Jessica) would call me back. I have yet to receive a call to schedule, the telephone number provided also appears to be someone's cell phone, I can never seem to be able to directly speak to the stylist I would like to schedule with and there is no online method of scheduling an appointment. As a result, I've lost all interest in scheduling with curl up and dye. It is 2019, There should be better customer service, response time and/or alternative methods for scheduling to make such easier for first time customers. read more
