I had Brussels salad, this salad was amazing! Shredded Brussels with apple, cranberries, Dijon dressing... I'm sure there was more to it. The tea is fresh brewed and refreshing. We also got three cookies to take home. They offer takeaway options and a variety of desserts. This place is very clean and trendy, the vibe is chill and relaxed. The people working there are so kind and helpful. I enjoyed the entire experience and will definitely be back. As far as the price, this isn't a fast food restaurant. Their food is made with fresh, usually local ingredients, and there is love in every bite. I'd rather pay more for the quality they produce vs the questionable products from a box.

Besides, homemade can't be rushed. I tried the Turkey and Provolone (w/spinach, bacon jam, red onions, and red pepper aioli). Totally delicious and it was a big portion. I ate it all but I should have taken half home for later. Service was good and the iced tea was amazing. I refrained from the cookie case but everything on display looked delicious. Bookmarking this so I can remember the next time I'm in town. The art on the walls was fabulous. Loved them!

I've been seeing posts on social media about how not only are there really cute looking "regular"…read morecupcakes, but also a selection of gluten free as well as keto cupcakes. I decided to try a couple of the keto variety, as I have someone close to me who needs to watch their blood sugar. If you have ever tried sugar free baked goods, you know they are usually just okay. I've yet to find anything that actually tastes "normal", but these were pretty good! I got salted caramel and lemon to try. I prefer the lemon, but both were good considering. They have that fake sugar hint to them, but they were still nice. I'd like to go back and try the regular cupcakes. They have a very large selection, and the store front is super cute. Service was fast and friendly, too. Again, these keto cupcakes were very good for being keto. They had a nice tender crumb and the frosting was nice as well.

There hasn't been a single one I've tried that wasn't good. I've had the gluten free and keto cupcakes and they have been delicious too. There's not one particular flavor that's better than the other to me because I like them all equally. The quality of the cake mix is good, never dry. The portion of icing to cake is perfect in my opinion! The store itself is cute and always tidy and the women working are always pleasant. To me, these are better than what you get at a grocery chain and I will always choose these for special occasions. The people I shared these with thought they were excellent too and I will continue to come here for future special occasions! I highly recommend stopping in if you have a sweet tooth!

Miranda's Cake House - Some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had along with the very unique Hocus Pocus latte

Also picture after picture of delightful pastries: scones, artistically decorated cupcakes, cinnamon rolls and amazing cakes. It looked so good that we made a drive to Wagoner, just to give Miranda's Cake Café a try. It turned out to be a miserable mess. The only thing good about this café is the coffee and the very nice lady that was working today. Possibly Miranda herself. I ordered a Mocha and my wife had a dry cappuccino. Both drinks good. Only get coffee here, nothing else. The pastry case was almost empty. A couple of muffins, Danish and cookies, that's all. Not much to choose from. My wife settled on the Danish which was fair. I ordered the double biscuits and gravy. It was disgusting. A room temperature, tasteless bowl of cat food was what I was served. Check the picture. I think most restaurants would be ashamed to set that mess in front of a customer and then charge them $8 for it. When checking out the nice lady asked me "how was the food?" I just smiled and said fine. My morning was ruined, no sense ruining hers too. This visit to Miranda's Cake Café was a failure. Extremely disappointed.

The single biscuit and gravy was one of the best I've ever had, and huge and insanely inexpensive to boot! Miranda was so lovely and friendly and she talked me into trying her own latte concoction - the Hocus Pocus. It was an admittedly strange combination of (if I remember correctly!) butterscotch, raspberry, and hazelnut but it was an absolute taste sensation. She makes all of her own syrups in house too, which is pretty amazing. The space is huge and has some cute jewelry, shirts, and other crafty items for sale. Definitely worth a stop off route 69!
