We came here on a busy weekend afternoon, thirsty as heck, for a quick drink. My gf ordered a flavored iced coffee and I wanted an iced tea. The tea came out extremely strong to the point where it was acidic and bitter. It seemed like the tea bags must had steeped in the dispenser all day and this was the end of that batch. The iced coffee was essentially a giant cup full of ice and we got the wrong flavor. We also got a muffin that seemed loaded with oils (definitely not butter) yet was super dry and crumbly. Ended up getting heartburn, yuck. On top of it, the 2 staff running things that day were somehow distracted and our order sat before us in the drive up window for a few minutes until someone finally came over and let us pay and go. All that, for two undrinkable drinks and a heartburn muffin. Totally underwhelming experience.

The coupon at The Donut Factory was for 1 classic donut. I had the blueberry glazed donut. The donut was crispy outside and soft, fluffy and airy inside. It was so yummy. The Donut Factory was a close second place for the best donut. The staff member was very friendly even though there was a queue and thanked everyone for their patience.
