One morning at the lake the husband wanted a frozen coffee drink so he looks online and found this place, Sip Coffee House. I am so made it took us this long to check this place out. Let's just say on our four day weekend we went 3 times (would have been 4 if they were open on Sunday). They have a drive thru, but I highly recommend going inside if you can. The front are has beautiful paintings on the wall. It's super cozy but not cramped. After ordering make sure to relax in the lower part where there is additional seating. I love how they turned a garage portion into a seating room. Along with following in love with the inside, I fell in love with their frappes. I got the peanut butter cup one everyday (it's hard to try new things when you find something so dang delicious)! It tasted like I was drinking a chocolate peanut butter cup. We tried their shakes (smoothie flavors but as a shake, so genius) and they were delicious as well. We did not try their food, but are planning to on our next visit. This place is very cute for the lake. The staff is extremely friendly. ( I brought my dog and they offered him a water bowl!) The ambiance is homey with fun pink and green chairs to lounge in, and there is ample outdoor space (covered and not covered,) to sit and enjoy your food and drinks. I ordered a chai tea latte, a cinnamon roll, and a breakfast burrito. The chai was refreshing. A little too sweet for me, but great flavor. The cinnamon roll was delicious. They warmed it up for me and it had a nice cream cheese frosting and plenty of cinnamon for my liking. The breakfast sandwich was $4.50 which is insane for the price, however I am not into microwaved eggs. If that's your thing, then this price is a steal for you. This place is great all around! Been hunting around the entire state for good coffee and we finally found phenomenal coffee here! The staff was great and personable, and actually knows how to make lattes! This place is a 5 star stop. Didn't get to have the food but I bet its just as good as the drinks! read more

The flavor of the coffee is not bad but it is for sure masked by a sweet syrup flavor. Also, make sure to say light ice or your cup will be filled to the lid with ice and you are left with very little actual coffee. The service was good and quick but the actual product was not what I was looking for. The hot coffee is what I would recommend if visiting this establishment!! read more

Great coffee shop! Staff and owner are super friendly. I Enjoyed a fantastic specialty latte and breakfast sandwich. They had fresh baked items available that all looked amazing and I'll be back again to splurge on one of those! I sat inside and enjoyed the cute atmosphere. This is one of those nice local coffee shops. Very friendly staff, drinks are good, acoustic music playing, with a couple rooms with quiet customers sipping on their beverages. In the additional seating area there are some board games (chess, guess who, trivial pursuit, scrabble, etc...) for the patrons to entertain themselves with. On cold days they bring out some space heaters, and on warm days they have a fan to keep it comfortable. All in all, it's a cozy coffee shop and worth a stop if you are in or passing through town. read more

We grabbed breakfast at Sip on our way out of town. Fair warning, the staff does not wear masks. First, the place is adorable! Staff is very friendly. Someone put a TON of work into this place. Every little detail is covered. While they do have a drive-through, You must go inside to check this out. The expansive menu selection and fresh made pastries made it so hard to pick. I went with a soufflé and cinnamon roll. Yum, yum, yum. Not only was the food great but the service and staff were amazing. So sweet and helpful. If you are driving through this area I would highly recommend stopping. As a matter of fact I would have driven 20 minutes every day for lunch if I would have found this earlier in our trip. read more

Sip has always been my favorite coffee house in town! Today, the business and their staff went above and beyond expectations! I had a fairly large beverage order that I needed to be ready right at 8 am for delivery to four different building in our school district. I was able to reach out in advance to place the order and verify specifics. Not only were all of the drinks perfect and delicious, but the staff labeled each one with the educator's name and sorted drinks into to go holders by building, which made the delivery go seamlessly. One of the staff members even helped load everything into my vehicle. I'm incredibly thankful for the time and care taken in preparing each beverage! read more

Brand new place, they've only been open for a few weeks. My wife ordered a Banana Nut latte, Keto style and it was good but waaay too sweet for me. The drive thru is a nice touch and the young lady who helped us was genuinely friendly and professional. Look forward to going inside next time. Lots of fun drink choices! My banana nut latte hit the spot. My dad got a Samoa and he said it was really good : unique and delicious. Definitely take a stop if you want some tasty warm drinks! You can also really see the care put into the design of the place: the spacing of plants, color, and gold accent on the walls gave it a very modern feel. Stopped by chance for a pick-me-up and loved this place. Very friendly staff and great coffee & smoothies. Tried espresso shot - very good and beans roasted locally! Better than Starbucks. Got a Sip Smoothie plus a Mocha Frappe (Giradelli folks!) both wonderful. Convenient farmers market and fresh BBQ next door btw. read more

Not really sure how this place doesn't have 100's of reviews. Perhaps it's just new. I really wish I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars. Anyway we dropped in while driving through Missouri just to "get a cup of coffee". The building was very inviting and caught our eyes. Once inside we knew had found a treasure. The menu consisted of many types of drinks, a breakfast menu and a lunch menu. Being that my wife is not able to have caffeine or sugar, she figured she wouldn't be able to get much. Boy was she surprised! Many places on the menu mentioned that a keto friendly option was available and sugar free options for the syrups were also available for almost all the drinks. This is so rare in our experiences. We decided to get a couple lattes (s'mores and cinna roll) both were sugar free keto versions. We were convinced to try breakfast too after noticing these keto options. We ordered a souffle and a breakfast burrito. Everything was sooooo delicious. The employees were super friendly and our meals were very reasonable. Right before we pulled out of the parking lot, my wife ran back in to get another latte (this time the turtle latte). We would definitely stop here anytime we are in the area. Hopefully next time we can try something off the lunch menu. read more

The cold brew is weak, but the décor is strong. Seriously though, for a moment I thought they handed me iced tea because it's so light. The staff is friendly, and the space is clean. I would've given it 5 stars if the coffee was stronger. (Yes, I know I like really strong coffee, but this is way too weak.) My mom purchased an americano with an extra shot. Good flavor! My girlfriend and I first discovered Sip Coffee House on YELP a few months ago; and ever since then, we have wanted to try it out. Last weekend, I went and picked us each up a coffee (iced caramel macchiato for her. hot caramel macchiato for myself). After the first sip of my drink, I knew this was going to be our "go-to" coffee shop when we are in the area. My girlfriend couldn't stop saying, "this caramel macchiato is 100x better than Starbucks!" So while we were in town this weekend, it was only right we took a little morning drive to get another coffee &try out some of their breakfast options. First, let me say, the guy who took our order in the drive thru was super friendly/helpful in making our decisions. My girlfriend ordered a breakfast sandwich with turkey (they smoke it in house), egg (each sandwich comes with 2large eggs), and guda... it was DELICIOUS! I ordered a breakfast burrito that was stuffed with ham, 2 large eggs, cheddar and guda... it was also DELICIOUS! Oh, I can't forget our 2 iced coffees. Their customer service is FANTASTIC! If you are in the area, do your taste buds a favor and make a quick pit stop... I promise, you will not regret it! read more

I think the service is great and no one was rude or irritated to assist my grandmother who had never been to a coffee shop before. They do not allow emotional support animals and they don't have pup cups. The merch side is priced like a boutique, which is surprising since everything is clearly made in China. Was baffled they want $30 for a polyester trucker hat.
