My old carrier sent me a bill one time when I had an extra garbage bag on the side of the can. Not A-OK, if I occasionally have an extra bag they just take it and don't complain. I have used them over five years and other companies try to offer a free month to get me to switch - no thanks. You will never have a problem with A-OK and that is really what you want from a garbage carrier. They always on time, same day each week for years now never missed a week. She was unpleasant and stated it was our fault and would not be sending anyone out to pick up our garbage because the driver took a photo. I called back this morning to cancel our service and the person on the phone was just as unpleasant and really couldn't care less that they were losing a customer. My advice to anyone looking at this company would be RUN. RUN FAR. RUN FAST.
