The water temperature in the hot pool is nowhere near hot, you can sit there for a half an hour with a problem. The verdict: there are not too many non-gay saunas in Brisbane and if you are desperate and you can't find another place to go, Apollo's day spa might be ok for you, but don't expect anything decent.

I had the body scrub and as I believe another yelper mentioned, it was in the public bath space, which was a little uncomfortable. I would come again for the onsen. Probably not for the scrubs.

The place looked fantastic, the massage was great and it was very reasonably priced. They have opening specials at the moment so it's really cheap! Best and most surprising part about it was that when the massage was finished I didn't just get the obligatory cup of water or something. I had a tray presented to me with water, some tea, a spring roll and a curry puff!! They were delicious too. Very impressed with this salon. The service is great and they go above and beyond and they have something for everyone. Lots of beauty treatments for the women too. I'll definitely go back!
