woke up one morning with dark black stationary specs in my vision After getting fitted with poorly…read morefitted contact lenses from incompetent optometrists and taking my money and damaging my eyes and getting the silent treatment from them and after seeing several oftalmologist and saying they were flotters. though I have flotters but this dont look like flotters.I called in to see jim McAllister for a flotter avaluation I was told I might not need surgery I can have them treated with laser. so I made appointment and when I went in with my mother. this so called doctor took one look at my eyes he went from friendly to just rude. said am terminating the appointment several times while I was asking him the one reason I came in for said I cant go around seeing so many oftalmologist and needed to visit a psychiatrists. wtf! basically he booted me out of his office while giving me the silent treatment. like previous people said he was goin to be and asshole. What a waste of time and money and no answers they dont care about your eyes just your money and then they dont own up to their mistakes. I heard six people were blinded by this crook n now are suing him look up his name online. He blames the people who supplied the drops. Paid thousands of dollars in medical bills all of which came back with no definitive diagnosis. They all sent me for routine tests which came back all normal. Dr Jellett is so different. He listens to his patients and he cares!!!! My first appointment with Dr Jellett lasted two hours, he had all my blood test results for the past ten years. He sent me for numerous tests which took 3 weeks to get all the results back. Tests which other specialists should have done, but failed to do. I went back to see him 1 month later and he had a definitive diagnosis. I was placed on medication and have been healthy ever since. I have now been one of his extremely fortunate patients for the past 2 years and recommend him to anyone who is in a similar position to me. When you know something is medically wrong but no Doctor can work it out. Dr Jellett is a lot like House on television. He is brilliant at finding out what is wrong when other Doctors are unable to. He is an absolute angel and a Doctor who truly cares about the welfare of his patients. His greatest strengths, I believe are, he listens to his patients, he takes the time to investigate and does not stop searching until he finds what is wrong, and he regularly checks on your progress to see how you are going. He is an outstanding Physician and a truly inspirational and caring Doctor.
