I came in and they had them on in about 45 minutes to an hour which was amazing. Fast forward to this weekend, I got a nail in my tire and realized they offer free tire "patch" so I decided to go in since my previous visit was good. The employee checking me in remembered my car and said they could do the patch. I waited two hours for them to start on my car and I was pretty annoyed cause people who had came in after me left before me but I just decided they had an appointment, then they start on my car and it took no more than 10 minutes from when they pulled it in to when they were done. So I was like whatever right it's done it's fine no big deal they made me wait cause I didn't have an appointment plus I wasn't spending any money which is bad customer service but all good it's done. THEY COULDN't EVEN DO THE PATCH RIGHT. Later on in the day I get in my car and my air pressure light is on, I spray soapy water on the patch it's leaking. Horrible wasted my two hours could've just bought the plugs from autozone and done a better job myself but no I decided to go to the "professionals" so disappointed two hours I'm not getting back but at least I learned my lesson about americas tires they'll do a good job but only if your spending money

Okay that not something to trip about... Until I asked her, how much for a wheel alignment. She says 100$, I say okay not today. As the mechanic is finishing up my tires I ask how much for a wheel alignment, my man tells me 80$ lol So either they don't have standardized prices and don't communicate with each-other or she's steady trying to get over on people whether it's 5$ per tire or 20$ for wheel alignment. That being said I won't be coming back and suggest you all be cautious of this behavior. Great mechanics though..

I had such a good experience here!…read more A few weeks ago I had a mobile mechanic change my brakes and rotors, and a few weeks later some warning lights came on my dashboard and my car started making a weird noise. Since it was Labor Day, there weren't many shops open, so I called another mobile mechanic just to get some insight. He was super kind and actually recommended this place. I was surprised they were open on a holiday, especially because they were really busy. I got there around 8 AM and they took my car in pretty much right away. They found that some parts from my brake job had not been installed properly by the previous mechanic and got everything taken care of. They were also able to find another issue I've been dealing with for a while, which I really appreciated. I get nervous going to mechanics because I always worry about being overcharged when I don't fully understand what they're talking about. I didn't feel that way here at all. They were patient, explained everything to me, and were very honest about what was actually wrong and what I needed. They were quick, friendly, honest, and their prices were very fair. I'm really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this shop!

Called and spoke to the fantastic Juan who said come on down. I thought I had just one nail in my left rear tire . The very alert Alan spotted another nail in my right one as well. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the vibe, the warmth that I experienced immediately . All the workers just seem calm, happy and just loving life.. Translation and end result - great, efficient, very reasonable( $25 per tire) professional, honest service from Juan and his team as I sat and almost nodded off in the comfortable chair in the waiting room. I was in and out in 17 minutes. Just a 5 minute drive south of the 215 and a minute from Arrow. Golden Tire sets the Golden standard. Good, really GOOD people here! Grateful.

I left for an hour and returned expecting the vehicle to be ready or almost ready. When I came back, I waited patiently for over 30 min., before finally approaching the front desk to ask about the status of the vehicle. At that point, I was told that they had not even started working on it. I then had to wait an additional 45 min., for the service to be completed. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. If there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated being informed instead of being given an estimated time and then finding out much later that nothing had been done. What should have been a 45-minute to one-hour service turned into a much longer wait. Unfortunately, I left very unsatisfied with the customer service and overall experience.
