We've used this group twice now. Once for Anna and Elsa and a second time for Isabela and Mirabel. Unfortunately, Isabela called in sick the day of and it was too short notice for a replacement. My daughter only wanted to meet Isabela and wasn't a big fan of Mirabel, so she was pretty devastated when we told her Isabela couldn't make it. It ruined the start of her birthday party. With that said, I know those things are unpredictable and there's not much anyone can do about it. Mirabel arrived on time and took on a big group of kids by herself. We were grateful for her energy. The organizers and actresses have all been very professional and responsive. I would still recommend them despite this one hiccup. read more

Even though the owner of this company has offered to give us our deposit back (which we didn't do, as we hope to still have the party after this virus passes) they offered a complimentary FaceTime call to my little princess. We had Rapunzel come to my daughter's 4th bday party and It was awesome! After researching about 6 other companies and comparing their value for money, type of activities offered, quality of staff and the reviews, I'm so glad we went with this company. Our princess was as sweet as can be, so friendly and inviting, easy to talk too, communicative with me and sings amazingly!!! (Alyssa was our princess) My shy daughter went up to her, gave her a hug, talked to her, held her hand and started showing her around. I was a very happy mom! She did face painting, story time with singing, took pictures, gathered and led everyone for the birthday song. She was in character the whole time and was always picture ready! Everyone young and old enjoyed talking to her and taking pictures with her. The process to book her was also very easy. I emailed, Sascha the owner responded quickly and we spoke over the phone. She walked me through what to expect, we made part of the payment over the phone and I gave the balance plus tip the day of the party. By the way:NO TRAVEL FEES. I had a really hard time finding someone who would come out to the Adkins/La Vernia area and then I found these awesome ladies. They came to my daughters 6th birthday as Ariel and the actress looked AH-MAZING. They came as a team of two (Ms Sascha, the owner and the actress) and they sang interactive songs, danced, painted faces, told stories, and played with bubbles. They were great with the kids and we got so many great pictures. I definitely recommend and will use them again. Very dissatisfied with this company considering the amount of money spent . Hired 2 princesses for my daughter's 4th Birthday Party yesterday, Ariel and Snow White. and was disappointed in their appearance, presentation and lack of entertainment that I was sold on when I hired them. I specifically spoke with Sasha about previous reviews I had read about their appearances and wrinkled dresses (unprofessional) and she told me that this would not happen bc her new"policy" was to have them take pictures of themselves dressed in their costumes before arriving to the parties- I assume that did NOT happen- the dress Snow White had on seemed to have been stuffed in a backpack /bag for days then taken out and worn. So you can imagine how upsetting that was to see after speaking to the owner specifically about this before hiring them . Ariel's dress was also wrinkled but not nearly as bad as the Snow White. They also arrived 40 minutes late due to "traffic from L.A. to S.D.".. Once they arrived they spent nearly 30 minutes in story time.... it was much to long considering they lost interest in 90% of the kids they were listening. Afterwards they moved on to faceprinting and that's all they did and it was time to leave. Hired them for 2 hours and did NOT get what I paid for. If you do hire this company Need to be on top of them and facilitate what they do next... I was under the assumption they would facilitate their schedule for the time they attend parties.... they played NO games, NO songs, NO bubbles. we cut the cake and they didn't even attend the singing or cutting of the cake bc they were face painting other kids ... and to be honest, being so busy with all the guests and facilitating other things at the party- we forgot the princesses were even present! That goes to show how uninvolved they were! I highly recommend you move on and look else where for ur princesses characters. We will Not be using them next year. read more

My sister and I hired a princess Elsa for my nieces birthday, and it was definitely the highlight of the birthday party. The girl playing Elsa, was a sweet girl named Lauren, and she played the part incredibly well! Ariel arrived on time. She looked so lovely and sweet. The girls as well as the women were mesmerized. She paid great attention to the birthday girl as well as her friends. She painted faces, painted nails, did an art project, a craft, and allowed girls to put on tattoos. She then played games with them, read a story and sang. We had about 10 girls and had the princess for 1.5 hours. Any more kids than that and more time may be needed so all can be accomplished without rushing.
