Never happened it was all a big lie. I am back to square one with my child who was devasted by what they did to her. They were going to increase her medication and that never happened. Now I have to drudge around in this industry to try and find someone who really cares. That's not easy I can tell you. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I barely got the question about if their psychiatrists had any available appointments (most child psychiatrists in the area are booked until Christmas!), when I was told "our psychiatrists aren't accepting new patients" followed by her hanging up! Then she started making appointments for me, that I never made. She diagnosed me with ADD. Therapists can't diagnose, they just work along side the physicist. They charged me $345 and $60 at the office. Never had I ever have to pay at the office. I always pay on my app. My insurance already charged me. My insurance company called and left three messages and Julia never called back. Dr. Parvin is ignorant and is definitely a pill pusher. They are making so much of mentally ill people. I feel much better now that I've stopped my sessions and Julia will not respond to my messages. Very professional. Julia and Dr. Parvin are money hungry and don't give a damn about the individual they are trying to so called help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them! Stay away. You will leave feeling worse about yourself and broke. They are a bunch of BS!

I started seeing Amy at the suggestion of my psychiatrist in order to help with some sleeping…read moreissues through cognitive behavioral therapy. Honestly, I was extremely resistant - I didn't want to see a therapist, I didn't want to talk through issues, and I really didn't think CBT would help at all with my sleeping problems. I finally gave in, agreeing to "time box" the sessions to 10 weeks, just to give it a shot and see if it would help. After my first session with Amy, my wife and I both noticed improvements in my ability to fall asleep, my quality of sleep, and my overall mood and energy because of my sleep, within just a couple of days. Fast forward several months later, including multiple weeks of seeing Amy more than once a week. The 10 week "time box" is obviously well past, and I've begun to allow Amy and her expertise into more of my life and to help me deal with even more issues in my life, from being a better husband, father, employee, and just a better person in general. To be completely honest, I really wanted to not like seeing a therapist, and frankly, not like Amy. But now, I can't imagine my life without seeing Amy and having her help me through things, give me my homework, and help me to learn that I can work through mental hurdles with various strategies she's taught me. Amy has always been available - she's very prompt to return phone calls and even text messages when I have needed her, has been very flexible to work around my schedule, and genuinely cares about me and my family. If you're looking for a great therapist and someone who will care about you, get to know you, and take time for you, I highly recommend Amy. She's helped more than my sleep, she's changed my life and sticking with her past 10 weeks has been the best decision I've made in a long time.
