I am an easy-going person. But this doctor was so rude that he left distasteful memories. At the…read moreend of the exam he said my cataracts had to be removed when they reach #10. I asked questions about cataracts and floaters, but he refused to answer them. The doctor said, "Did you hear what I just said about your cataracts. Repeat what I just said." Then he told me to read the information sheet he gave me. He said it would explain my exam results. His writing was not legible. I was left with the conclusion that this doctor does not like helping people. When I volunteer for charitable causes, it's because I like people and I enjoy helping them. Not the case with this doctor.

However, first I called one…read moreevening about 4:50 and she told me her computer was off and I would need to call the next day. Then, I called from my cell phone on bluetooth and she complained about that and told me to call back. Then finally when I got her on the 3rd try where she could actually help me i I was calling to set up and appointment for me and my boyfriend. She was rude.. She first asked about me and I gave her all the info. When asked about my boyfriend she asked about his insurance. I told her that he had health insurance but no dental. With that, she assumed he was low income or un-employed and on the "Forward" card. Seriously? He has been employed at the same company for 15 years. Makes good money. Why did she assume he was on government assistance?
