We have had Terrific N Tidy now for about a month of weekly routine cleanings. The service allows…read moreme to focus on more critical tasks for our household. Because TNT has an excellent reputation, I don't mind paying a premium to secure their services. I have noticed routine cleanings by lower rated companies a little cheaper but, when folks are coming into your most intimate spaces you want trustworthy at the top of your check list. Although my retired spouse facilitates their service on a weekly basis, I have nothing but good news to share with Yelpers! This crew is professional and efficient! In my search for this dynamic team, I encountered no one in the area with such high ratings on Yelp or Google. That is where I pay the most attention to potential providers. I wanted to support a rising star in small business. I think I've found it! Thanks again Terrific N Tidy!

How can you keep the money and refuse service???? It's been 6 weeks and I've left numerous messages with no reply. Do yourself a favor and book with a different company. In response to the business: I purchased the groupon on 5/31. Why would you have a promotion with no services operating and not mention that?? In addition, not performing services I understand but not responding to customers calling is a terrible business practice. See photos showing I called you not once, not twice but 6 times leaving a message every time and never even received a call back.

DO NOT use this company for any kind of "deep clean"…read more Called this company to do a deep clean of my condo, to get it ready to sell. Was quoted $192 which seemed steep but I wanted it done right. The day of the appointment the cleaner contacted me directly and said she wanted to come 90 minutes later than the appt, which was annoying but whatever. Let her in and walked her through the EMPTY condo, and all the things I needed done. Came back the next morning- floors weren't mopped, nothing dusted, baseboards dirty, and the TOILET hadnt been touched. It wasn't even a "regular" clean! Reached out to the company, they said they'd sens someone by 11:30a (I was on a timeline this day). At 1:30p someone showed up (at this point I had had to cancel two appointments). They would not refund my money, and after the 2nd hour of waiting offered me $40 off. At that point I wanted to just punt and leave. Walked the next person through what hadn't been done. Went to eat and came back, she said she had 20 min left, I noticed the baseboards in the kitchen still weren't clean so pointed them out to her. Came back today and the baseboards are still filthy. Got on my hands and knees and cleaned them myself. FLEE from this company and find a decent place that won't screw you over.

I hired Johnny and his team to do a deep clean of our house. However, I would give them a five out…read moreof five during the time of them cleaning, but overall will have to say prior to hiring their team, they had a list of what is included for deep cleaning however, half of the list that they provided me was not completed. They also quoted me a flat rate price but after cleaning they went up on price. I do think that part of communication for their team is to let us be aware if things are gonna be additional or not. I was under the understanding that upholstery on furniture was included, but was an extra charge. Small minor details with skipped but however, Johnny and his team did a spectacular job on a clean but felt like I did not have a deep clean.

If she wanted to finish it, why didn't all get done the day she came? After meeting & getting my money, I went to a diner across the street, where I have breakfast every morning. She sent a text to me while I was eating, saying I had followed her inside! I didn't see her or have any clue that she, too, was inside. I know she wants me to completely delete my initial review, but I can't do that, in good faith. This is the best "honest" 2nd review I can give. I know, for myself, I would never hire her again. V.
