My home flooded and Servpro came out to do clean up and later demolition to prepare for reconstruction. The crew was careless and broke both my refrigerator legs and freezer shelf as well as stored the dishwasher on its hose (breaking that). In regard to the refrigerator, I saw (what I thought was the leg) and asked the workers before they left the house to fix the newly wobbly fridge. When they were leaving for the day, they did not attempt to fix the problem, and the leg mysteriously disappeared. I contacted the office immediately (workers still at my house). I was told that this would be taken care of ASAP. That was over two months ago. The dishwasher hose got taken care of as I purchased the replacement and had a handy person install it. The refrigerator was another matter. I have been going back and forth for months with Servpro regarding the refrigerator/freezer. Kallie, Anthony, and Rick have all talked a good talk, but nothing has happened and each person has passed me along to the next. Two things that really are upsetting is that if they will do this to my face, it has me question their integrity and wonder about what they did when I was not looking. It has me questioning their work, did they spray as much chemicals as I was charged for? Did that upsale really need to be done? etc. Second, I asked insurance to pay them directly. They were paid first and received something around $16,000 and they have nickel and dimed the repairs and the only thing completed is what I had control of. I hope to update this with a positive review or resolution, but if you see this Un updated, please consider yourself warned, do yourself a favor and stay away. I am also in talks with my insurance agent to see what actions I can take about them being a recommended company. If this does not get resolved soon, I intend to take future actions. If you need their services, you are probably not having the best of times, do not let Servpro make a bad time worse for you. Use their competition.

We greatly appreciated them. In the end, it seems like we have way less damage than what we thought we were going to have, and were grateful to SERVPRO for helping us save our home. They were very helpful in answering our questions, and very thorough in explaining what was going on. I also liked that they gave us advanced notice (30 minutes +) before coming out to our home, and were very kind and provided excellent customer service. We also appreciated the folks on the phone at SERVPRO who were very kind to us and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration and cleaning work that you may need!
