But I walked in side and payed for it the old Skool way, and the not so fast way. Lots of space here to use the tanks. Kind of in a sketchy part of town. Come here mostly for the car wash and to put air into tires. The staff are fine - never had any issues. They are not there to win a personality contest folks. Having said that, I find them friendly enough for an establishment like this. I also like the selection of drinks and snacks - good place for a quick fix. Also, the coffee is REALLY good here! Tip on the car wash: if you want to get in and out, NEVER come on a weekend or before noon on the weekdays. Night time is the best time to come for the wash.

Very disappointing experience. This car wash seems to break down constantly, which leads to…read moreridiculously long lines. Today, while I was waiting, it broke down three separate times with the cars in front of me. On top of that, the customer service is awful and there seems to be very little concern for customers who are stuck waiting. I understand that equipment can occasionally have problems, but when breakdowns happen this frequently, something needs to be addressed. Between the repeated mechanical issues, long waits, and poor customer service, this place has become extremely frustrating to use.

Visitation Rights: Been to this gas station many times…read more Credit Cards: They're accepted. I like how they don't charge extra to pay with credit card. Price Point: I like the price of their gas. I don't know how they keep their prices low, but It's cheaper than the 3 other gas station that are located in the same intersection. Wait Time: Depends on the time you go, you'll might have to wait a bit. So keep calm and just wait your turn. :) Location: Located on the NW corner of La Brea and Slauson. Believe it or not, but there's 3 other gas station in that same intersection. This is a classic example of Hotelling's Law, where competitors cluster in high-traffic,, prime, high-visibility locations. This strategy captures maximum traffic from all directions, as drivers prefer to turn right, and zoning often dictates where commercial services can be placed. La Brea Gas For Thought: Love the gas prices. Only negative is that the gas pumps are kinda close to each other so you'll have to drive a little bit further from the pump to fill up your tank and would be a nice thing to do so other cars in back of you will be able to pump gas also. :)

This is my usual station. Well said, I know lol. During the pandemic, it too crowded even for my one stop a month. Just super congested and I don't feel like there is any distancing to be had. Reason why I took off a star, even though it was remodeled, some of the pay at the pump machines still have issues, which result in "see cashier," which I'm not about (hence pay at the pump, duh). That being said, I've tried not to go here these days, unless it's really early and empty. Just my take. Final Word: It's a gas station.
