For Arizona, or just southwestern United States in general, you need to have coverage when you turn off the engine. Your car will literally start to heat up. Luckily this QuikTrip like many has full ceiling coverage, so while your car still heats up (this is Arizona after all) at least you won't boil by the time you're done filling up on gas. As far as inside offerings, I'm not one to to typically talk up convenience store food, but if you're short on time, they do have low-cost offerings inside the store, there's even a whole section on their website on "QT Kitchen" which offers a selection of items like sausage biscuits, pizza, hot dogs, etc. Plenty to go for. All in all, it's a gas station, and for Arizona the prices are competitively low and the service is good. Overall the customer experience is emphasized. What more can you ask for?

I interfaced with a few just briefly but I immediately noted a subtle mixture of humility and self-confidence. These ladies exude confidence and trust in one another like no one I've seen (I travel a lot for work). It's the sort of job you do when no one's looking. It's striving for quality--not because your customers, your boss or your peers will judge you if you don't, but because that's just the standard you hold yourself to. It's responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm. No matter your salary or your educational background--it's what dictates whether or not you love your job or hate it. And I think it usually correlates almost exactly with whether or not you see yourself as an active agent of change in your career or a passive, powerless spectator. He looked at me and said for me to get on my phone and call or text the person and ask them what kind they wanted because he was pretty sure they were a regular smoker and would know what they want. When I reiterated that I was simply asking what were the less expensive cigarettes and he doubled down on his ride attitude and repeated himself. This is unacceptable! And on Christmas eve, to be that aggressive with a customer is just sad. I strongly suggest you avoid this location unless you like to be berated by your cashier.

A ATM which is hidden in the back by the drinks and there's a deli inside that has pizza, may I add. The drink stations were fully stocked and clean which was a plus! I really do wish that, all QTs would come up with a better system for lids because, everyone's touching all over them to try to figure out which Size fits their cups and this is not only unsanitary/gross but also a headache! Whomever works in marketing and came up with this idea needs to be put on other duties. I have yet to have gone to get my slurpee, to not see at least one person, struggling to find the lid that fits their cup. I mean, for me it's not rocket science but for some it's like building a house from scratch. When I exited the vehicle , the attendant told me he could help me and informed me it was full service. I had a gas can that needed to be filled which was done quickly. He told me my pay options and that he would go inside to the register to pay for me. I literally did not life a finger. They also, cleaned my mirrors and windows. It was wonderful. They've also got a drive-thru, with 2 windows, specifically for cigarettes, and the folks working the window are always super friendly. I've never had a bad interaction. The gas here is generally inexpensive too, not always the lowest, but often just a little cheaper than other nearby options. I believe there's a restaurant inside, but I mostly stick to the drive-thru for my smokes. Giving them four stars, not because of the service or the prices (which are great), but because smoking is a terrible, disgusting habit. Still, if you're going to do it, On-Auk-Mor is where you want to go.
