So it is always a busy gas station but I do enjoy the fact that they have multiple pumps and spacious room for cars to go in and out of. Yes I tear up every time I go to the pump but I use my Shell app every time at least to save an additional five or $.10 a gallon. During these times every little bit makes a difference. I have not had to go inside for any concerns or utilize any assistance needed outside the pumps. Which is a good thing. Because I prefer to just pump my gas and go on about my business anyways. There was no manager available, and the provided phone number goes straight to a full voicemail. The problem wasn't just what they said, but how they said it, their dismissive and unhelpful attitude made a simple request unnecessarily difficult. To make matters worse, they strictly refuse restroom access. The older male clerk was also notably rude to another woman who came in just to ask to use the facilities. Avoid this gas station. They are unwilling to help customers with basic issues and provide no path to resolution. All he did was threaten to call the cops on me because I was asking for help with the service.
