Really rude staff, yelled at me when I tried getting coffee. I didn't know the creamer machine was empty, and got yelled at in front of the whole store for trying to figure out how the dispenser works. Definitely avoid this location when traveling. read more

Really a convenient gas station, as long as you don't need any gas! Well I found out the hard way the pumps don't actually work. There is no sign whatsoever whatsoever out front, so a customer waste his time to drive up and get ready to pump gas only to find out none of the pumps actually work. read more

Extremely rude employees here. Keep driving if you're passing through. They closed for a shift change, which is fine, but they kicked a guy out who had some nachos in the microwave for 2 minutes. They didn't let him wait for his food, kicked him out and made him wait 10 minutes for his cold nachos. After this, we all found out that they actually weren't opening up again, and that it was cash only, but they weren't telling anyone this and they didn't put up a sign. So we waited in line for about 20 minutes, while they RUDELY and DISRESPECTFULLY helped other customers. I had been driving for 3 hours and it was hot and we drove off the freeway specifically for caramel Frappuccinos. Got up to the front of the line and since the place was still shut down for a "shift change" the employees were grabbing things for the customers, so we asked for 2 frozen caramel coffees (since that what the poster outside called them). The guy brought us two hot coffees. We, nicely, corrected him and asked for the frozen ones, the "Frappuccinos," and, after almost 1/2 an hour of waiting, the guy said "nah, it's not happening." He didn't want to bother anymore. THEN HE ACTUALLY YELLED AT MY SON!! He was mad that he had gotten the order wrong so he took it out on my son. He was literally the most rudest customer service person I've met in my life. He basically said no, I'm not getting what you want, I don't want to do it. Then he said "next" to the next person in line. Ampm mini mart must have a really hard time trying to find people to work late at night in a sketchy part of Vallejo so they just don't even care who they hire. They don't care if the people are nice, they don't care if the people are intelligent or not, or if they're hard-working. They literally will hire ANYONE. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE. There are other places to go for gas, there are other minimarts and other convenient stores. Don't go here just because it's convenient-- don't give this business your money. They do NOT deserve it. Of all the places I go, all the places I review, this is the worst customer service I've been to in California, the United states and the entire world, and I've been to many countries and many places in my life, so that's saying a LOT. read more

I had another opportunity to come to this location "ampm" store#83060 Not only is because the store is very clean and well stocked the location where the fountain drinks and found coffees are clean but the staff that worked this particular shift on this particular day is always respectful and kind to their patrons I sent my son and he lives with downs and they treated him with dignity and respect no different from any other customer that to me is high quality customer service they will have a forever customer as long as they keep that Important quality up. read more

The black lady that works there is very rude when I need slurpees. I want 5 of them and she has a attitude everytime I come in on the weekends. They need to fire her! Sorry I would get it myself but we are in a pandemic and your store states that you have to get it! So rude and nasty. read more

One of the employees has her DOCTOR, coming to the store, I literally sat in my car in the parking lot and witnessed the female (K something) using and she tossed her needle afterward on the ground !! wtf!! like it was a wrapper!! omg I was mortified !! I just happen to be recording this time and it's clear as day what she was doing, I played the recording several times because I didn't believe it myself but yea !! What's horrible is the comment she made laughing saying "I'll just tell them I'm diabetic" I hope this gets investigated i already filed complaints AND with the pictures of these two, and that video!! it's sickening! This place has always been hit or miss. I work nearby so I make frequent visits, well I used to. It started with them not ever having any kind of food hot or ready for several weeks. Then there are some employees who seem oblivious to customers. I stopped by after work today, 6-10-20, around 8:30pm, to pick up some beers. I grab an 18 pack and a fruit cup and stand in line. The woman was helping someone who looked like an off duty employee. Then she steps out of the store with this person, without a word to two customers waiting in line, including myself, and goes to a car trunk to conduct what seemed like personal business. Garbage service. Never going back to this place. I will drive around to the 7-11 or chevron, but never here again. read more

So, I've had a number of issues with this Arco... The main one being that, for some reason, they apparently need to shut off their pumps, for shift changes. I don't know why, or how long that should take, but tonight, I pulled in at 11:27 to find the pumps shut off, with the signs out up front saying they would be back on at "around midnight". Bought gas to find they only pad premium gas. The signs for this that they were putting out were laminated and had multiple layers of tape (like they were used often) Pumped my gas to find that somehow I had pumped in more gas then I ever have in my car in the 8 years I've owned it.. (kind of impossible. My car was barely at empty with an absolute max tank size of 12gallons. Usually where the line was I can only fit 9 gallons. Somehow I fit 11.91gallons.. Never returning here. They charge for extra gas. read more

I was there this morning, to get gas only. And the clerk behind the counter charged me for coffee that I wasn't buying. I caught is, for the obvious reason it should have only been $20. for the gas. and a .35 ATM fee. But was charged nearly $24. When I brought this up. The clerk tells me to pump my gas then come back in to fix it. He grabs my receipt wadded it up and threw it away! Which, pissed me off! NOPE.. fix it now!, was my response. And he tells me again, that I need to pump my gas first. NOPE. Went back and fourth 3 or 4 times before he went back to get a manger to fix the problem. he did not apologize with a smirk on his face. You have one job sir... ring people up, so, they can be on their way. Then, I went out to pump my gas, to find that the pump had not been activated, after I mentioned I had to get my girls to school on time. THEY WERE LATE! CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS FOR OVER CHARGES!!! Its illegal to charge/overcharge for services or product that is not provided. AND the phone number provided is no in service. Will not go back... not for this BS. read more

So far I haven't been to an AmPm that I would give more then 1 star. This one was a bit more disappointing due to the fact that it is right off I-80 and most anyone that stops there is doing so for 1 of 2 reasons, and that's to get gas or use the restrooms if not both. But so far all of the AmPm's have refused to let customers use their bathrooms after 8pm. I think for a 24 hour quick stop they are far from making things convenient for their customers. I'm sure it's not because they don't have time to clean it throughout the night because they have plenty of time to stand outside and smoke. It wouldn't piss me off as bad if it wasn't a gas station right off the interstate. #MakeAmPmGreatAgain lol... but seriously make this place somewhat better! read more
