This is a very basic and unattended gas station that is about a dozen miles north of Duluth on Minnesota Route 61, the road that parallels the North Coast. There isn't much out here so this was a welcome stop.
There are a few gas pumps and two porta-potties. That's it. The fuel is priced the same here as it was back in Duluth.
So why four stars, you ask? It looks that they're planning to install a few vending machines in the concrete structure at the back of the station. They have power outlets ready so someone might consider taking advantage of the opportunity to charge an onboard battery since it may have been cloudy the last few days. I wouldn't do such a thing, but you might find this useful.
