We were very pleased with everything - food service and ambiance. First Bearaboo is independently owned - it's not Starbucks - which is refreshing in many ways. The decor is homey. You order at the front, seat yourself and they bring your order to the table. Everyone on the staff seems happy and cheerful and you feel that your business is appreciated. The staff in many corporate establishments such as Starbucks etc appear to not care whether you are there or not. Food was good and I recommend the chicken salad sandwich on cranberry bread.

My only complaint is in the back where the kid area is there are some steps leading down and no way to block it off so a toddler may well tumble down and that would be bad.
