I spend over an hour calling companies in Douglas and Casper to find someone who would agree to help. OK Wrecking was able to dispatch a driver. It took a long time for him get to where they were but they did the job! I called several times between 8am and 3pm. Being so far away and not having contact with my daughter was extremely stressful. When I spoke with the lady at 310pm, she said she'd text the driver as cell service was non existent. She called back and was very compassionate and understand as I cried on the phone from the stress and finally relief after she told me the kids were back on the road. I am very grateful for this company.

We were still extremely shaken up and unaware they already called this place so we called Gibsons asking if they could wait so we can see if the truck is still drivable. We had an ambulance there and 3 cop cars trying to deal with all of that. The OWNER picked up and immediately gave us an attitude cause we were asking for them to wait. So much happened during and after the accident we've yet to have a second to breath. The owner said "yall are wasting my time" and hung up on us all because we requested the driver (that we never even requested in the first place) to wait to see if we can drive the truck to the exit to save hundreds of dollars. They never informed the cops they canceled nothing. Left us stranded there until an actual respectable towing company had to come all the way out from Casper to save us. Never ever use this horrid company. Especially in the type of business they have, they should understand a situation like this and actually want to help people instead of pinching for money. Hanging up on a customer that you know just hit a deer and the cops requested YOUR company to help with the tow.. is beyond crazy and inhumane. The cops were even dumbfounded with what yall did. Disgusting.
