So, I watched vape reviews on YouTube. I was drawn to Sinbad because of their 3,000 Puff device. I spent a couple of hundred dollars with them. I kept one and gave 2 away. As soon as you drop it and it hits the floor once then thy will never work again. You are now out $25 and you are done. This happened to me and also to the 2 people that I gave it to. Sinbad is a shop I've been to a few times, but ONLY when nothing else was open and also because its right next door. You can never really guess when it's going to be open, even though the store hours are posted. I've gone there on 3 separate occasions and the shop was dark with NO explanation why nobody was there. During posted "open hours," during the day. Also, their prices on almost everything is at least 30% higher than anywhere else for the same products. If you can drive a free extra miles, go somewhere else. Pros: its local. Cons: Unreliable hours, poor customer service, low-quality house made juice, and terribly high prices. read more

I am a local and am excited to be able to visit new and bustling business, I am an avid vapor and hobbyist and this chain of stores carries a great amount of useful things. I personally feel like when I go in there that I was less welcome than the cozy appearance presented itself. Have had many instances where I was presented the option to post a positive Facebook review in order to receive a discount, the General Manager even went as far as to proof read my review before applying a 10% discount on something as little as a bottle of juice and a coil for one of my tanks. The atmosphere is very cool but the mood is cold, very rarely are there more than just employees or your typical discount juice buyer found inside the store. Apart from a great selection of devices and a large premium juice line up I strongly recommend traveling an extra 3 miles to a different vape shop, one run by a compassionate group of people that are more interested in your happiness than how much your willing to pull out of your wallet. If your in a pinch it's great but stay away if you can drive the extra mile to somewhere less commercial. read more

The people may be friendly BUT WARNING: sinbad vapor brand juice gives you terrible headaches...I have been experimenting with 3 SV brands and they all make me feel like shit...headaches for hours. Tylenol doesn't help. When I switch back to my brand this doesn't happen. They also cause my smok devilkin and smok xpriv to run very very hot, like, glass may break hot. Also you better buy a few extra tanks bc you will be changing them more often. No, I'm not using salts in the wrong vape. It's just whatever garbage is in that brand. This is a good place. The house juices are good and reasonably priced. Even if you scrounge around online for the best deals on juice, you won't get anything much better than the house blend 30 ml bottle for ten bucks, and depending on the flavors, they're really, really good. They carry a full range of products. If you wanted to get set up for vaping in a day, you could do it all in one trip at this place. Along with Boss Vapes in LaSalle, these are "the" two best places for vapers in the area. This place has a pool table and other amenities for those that want to "hang out." Staff is fairly large for a small place, but they're all pretty nice. read more
