This is a great place to go for anyone's vaping needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have high quality vape mods and their prices are very reasonable as well. I purchased a geek squad vape this summer and I forgot I had it in my pocket while I went swimming. I had it completely submerged underwater for over 10 minutes. It stayed on the whole time and it continued to work fine afterwords! I was amazed! The disposable vapes are AMAZING. They taste great and hit very smooth. I also like that SINBAD has their own household line of juice and disposables. They have very slick design to them. The boat design that he has inside the shop is wicked awesome as well. I am filled with so much anger right now after leaving this piece of shit business. Wouldn't let me return a vape day after it was purchased that was a gift. Trying to quit smoking and stuck with this $100+ f$ckstick. It's a computerized 30 lb, 20 button, retina scan locking system just to turn on/off with adjustable wattage. What? They called manager to exchange but was told they wouldn't let me even though I never used it because I couldn't even turn it on/off. I informed Kristy ( manager) I was not about to decode their instructional novel to operate but was told it was easy to operate. This establishment is a JOKE. I stopped in about a month ago for some e-juice and a new vape. As I walked in, I looked at their display of vapes and found one (Kangertech dripper) that was the exact model of my boyfriend's vape with whom I was with. When I asked the price of it they said it was $60 which is a RIP OFF because my boyfriend got his from StarvedRock Vapors in Morris,IL. They clearly knew it was a ripoff price that they gave me because after stating their prices are overpriced and the profit margin is a little ridiculous they finally said I could buy it for $35. Okay! Great! So far so good (kind of), right? NO. WRONG. I left and went to my car and decided to set up the vape because I was so excited. After 10 minutes of struggling to get the top off, I went back in and they said it was a manufacturer issue and couldn't help me. I really wanted a vape that day so I asked if I could get a vape (that was $45) for $35 since they were going to give me a $60 vape for the price of$35.00. I ended up buying the AiO vape that looks like a pen and has a life expectancy shorter than a pen. After calling them last week about my issue with my vape not holding a charge the employee on phone says I'll have to contact the manufacturer and I shouldn't be charging it through USB...how the F**** else am I supposed to charge it?! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE JUST BECAUSE THEY DRESS UP IN TACKY, WRINKLED DRESS CLOTHES DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. they definitely but the "sin" and "bad" in Sinbad. So my boyfriend and I just went here because I wanted a drip tip. ZACK was the one behind the counter and let me just say... I have NEVER had such an awesome experience! He helped me pick the perfect drip for what I wanted (got the plume veil) and he built it for me with a PERFECT build! He was patient with me as I wanted to try almost every flavor, gave me some awesome recommendations, and helped with EVERY need I had. My boyfriend had his drip built for awesome clouds... Let me just say... This guy has GOT to be the build master! Needless to say we definitely found our go to vape guy from now on! I wish he worked at the Ottawa location all the time. Even though the other locations he works at are kinda far well finitely be making the drive to whatever location he's at. This guy deserves a raise or promotion or something. He has WAY more knowledge than any other shop we've gone to. He's like a vape guru and he rocks!!!! read more

Nice, relaxed place. But, the products are over-priced and the salespeople are fast-talking and pushy. If you're shopping there, make sure you know what you want before hand and buy ONLY that. They'll try to sucker you into buying more than you need. read more
