Wanted to take a minute to commend and thank Rich and Tyson for their help with my feisty lil English Bully lady. First of all the results have been great. I have had multiple dogs and she's the only one I've ever felt the need to get help training with, so she's a challenge. Her behavior isn't perfect, but she's made a ton of progress and is completely manageable now. She's still getting better but even if this is was all the improvement she made I would honestly be totally content with the results. Additionally, their prices are really reasonable compared to other places. My recommendation to get the best bang for your buck is to do the 3 week training program at their facility while coordinating with an extended vacation you might be planning. Their price is in the same ballpark as an upscale boarding house, except you get the huge benefit of the training and attention for the pooch! The team is also very personable and flexible, being very gracious with their schedule when I needed some follow up training sessions to make sure I was reenforcing the training properly. Rich and Tyson have been training our 3 dogs since they were 16 weeks old. Two of the dogs are not even living in Las Vegas, once in San Diego and the other in Reno. When either dogs come for park classes or just for one on one training Rich and Tyson makes sure they are available, if not Tyson will do FaceTime. Our dogs have been great and we don't know any other behavior but good behavior since we sent them in for Board and Train with lifetime group training. Now of course we did our time by keeping up with their training after our dogs came home. The E-Collar was unexpected but to be honest it help us communicate with our dogs and now they no longer need them since they understand all the commands. Rich and his team did wonders for our older German Shepherd who struggled with aggression toward other dogs. We could never walk past other dogs peacefully as she would always pull and bark and snarl. Now she does much better even with dogs running up to her. She's been night and day since we started and can even do off leash stuff really well. The park classes are great to get out and have the dogs all together. He. never calls or text back for appts. he was getting married and was scattered and pissed off at he's fiancé most of the time . he was also not happy with us because we already had a training collar and didn't purchase his preferred collar. he purposely would shock my dog too much and then blame the collar. which was $400 off amazon there was always problems getting appts. then our training sessions would get cut short for whatever reason. we paid upfront like we were asked and he basically gave us 5 sessions and then disappeared. wouldn't meet to discuss the problem. never followed up with us . a true unprofessional Tried for months to get a refund but he ghosted me and the wife . He helped correct naughty behavior , digging, sprinkler lines, patio furniture, jumping on furniture. Everything you don't want now on our 3rd dog. He is great ! My lab went to Rich and Tyson at 5 months old for two weeks. Then Tyson trained me and we did park classes for about a year. Nadia is so well trained and everyday I get compliments on wow what a great behaved dog!! She is usually off leash and it is so enjoyable and fun. I had to be trained in the use of the e collar. My Nadia rarely needs a tap as she listens and obeys the easy voice commands. As a responsible often off leash trail walking dog owner her e collar is on and like I said I almost never have to tap the remote!! I've never owned a dog that obeyed so perfect off leash!! Our husky never got along with other dogs...he'd become VERY aggressive and protective at the sight of another dog. It's been 8 days since I started the training with Rich and my two Belgian shepherds are the best they have ever been. One of my dogs, Indiana, is very strong and played very roughly with other dogs. For almost 6 months my neighbors pit bull and Indiana would jump on the backyard gate against each other. My neighbors dog stopped after she put some potted plants on her side but no matter what we did we couldn't deter Indiana. We tried the pet safe shock collar boundary and failed miserably. One day Indiana literary pushed the slat out of the socket and flew into my neighbor's backyard. This was just one of many problems. I could never have people over. He was a menace at dog parks but such a sweet cuddle bug at home. I felt so frustrated that no one could see what a good dog he could be at times because 99% of the time he was terrible around people. Lara on the other hand is a doll and we never had many problems with her however we thought might as well train both. The first day Rich stopped Indiana's bad habit to jump on the fence. I even had my neighbor taunt Indiana by tapping on the backyard fence and he hasn't jumped on it since. The very next day they could sit in place at my parents small condo even with dinner commotion they just laid on their bed chewed on their bones and slept. By the fourth day I took them to the dog park and I had two random people compliment me oh how well behaved my dogs were. By the sixth day I had people over! With food on our coffee table and both my dogs behaved like angels. I wish I would've done this sooner and the reason I didn't was because I didn't want to spend the money but now I know it was money well spent and totally worth it. I recently had Rich come to my home to do one-on-one training with me and my dog, a 5 year old Belgian Shepherd rescue who had various issues, but mostly he was dog reactive. It was so stressful for me to walk him because he would pull on the leash and lunge at any dog, big or small, that we would encounter during our walk through the neighborhood. Same thing would happen in the vet's office, pet store or anywhere else for that matter. His reaction was even worse if a cat was anywhere near.
