After a short 6 day long board-and-train followed by 6 months of weekly one-on-one sessions with Nate, I can confidently say our sweet girl is rid of her demons! lol. She went from a dog that I was scared to be under the same roof with to the sweetest girl that is off-leash trained, safe around children of all ages (under supervision of course), and eats just like any other dog I've ever had (with better manners actually). I am so grateful for his guidance. It took lots of time, dedication, and sacrifice but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I also feel all around more confident around dogs. Once you learn leash basics properly you can do anything!

Melissa introduced me to basic commands and training tools that were immediately a game changer. I noticed results after the first visit! I couldn't have done it without Melissa showing me how to correct the negative behaviors. Out of some desperation, I decided to reach out to Antonio and am so glad I did. From the get go, Antonio was great with my challenging dog and I really appreciated Antonio's balanced approach to training; rather than saying "oh you have to use this tool", he remained open to various tools and quickly identified which would work best for my dog and me. Antonio explains the rationale for everything he does and supports dog owners, even when we inevitably mess up or do something wrong! After 6 private lessons, my dog is a dog I never imagined I'd have. He can comfortably be around strangers and is less stressed out/calmer in public. Thanks again Antonio for your guidance and support!

I have two dogs going to Antonio, Leader Of The Pack in Las Vegas at the end of the month…read more September 2025. I have talked to him through zoom and texting and email numerous times. And so far he's been absolutely amazing. I'm a believer that it's the human that needs to be trained more than the dog. Because I'm the one that's gonna be helping my puppies. And lately it's been a little different for me and I definitely need some assistance. So far one of the things that I've enjoyed and has helped me feel confident about him is the way that he speaks and how he communicates information. I don't feel like he's talking down to me like I'm a dumbass. And I've worked with a lot of trainers. I've always felt like that's been important and I have a lot of things to learn always no matter what. And often unfortunately , there's been a little bit of that conflict. Or I'm the stupid one and they know everything. And I believe that they know a little bit more than me most of the time. And some of them have been very condescending and I don't appreciate that. And I usually tell them. But I have to say I have never once felt that way with Antonio. He speaks clearly and in a way that I can understand him and if I don't, I ask him to maybe say it differently because I didn't get it and he does and he's calm and patient and doesn't get all rattled and honestly right now. I kinda need that. Because I'm getting kind of rattled. I need some help. So far so good they're going two weeks and I'll give updates.

We were lucky to have found Taggs K9 dog training and was assigned to Simone. Simone did a fantastic job of redirecting our puppy of all of the concerns we were experiencing. It was stated in the beginning of the boarding that she is "not a miracle worker" however- it seems so. LOL She did an excellent job with explaining everything to the family so that we could all be on the same page. It really is up to the owners to do their part for the program to work. We are forever grateful for the way that we were treated as humans and for the love and care our puppy received. We learned so much from Simone. Thank you, Taggs K9! Thank you, Simone!

After Ken's board and train program Titus came back a new dog! Ken has also helped us and "trained" us on how to be better dog owners. It has been a night and day difference and we are so grateful!! Highly recommend Ken's services. Simone was also super helpful and through her in depth testing of foods and substances we discovered many things Titus had been eating or exposed to that he is intolerant of that we wouldn't have found out otherwise. One of which being some ingredients in the shampoo and conditioner we were using! With that change alone his dander is gone and he's much happier with less irritation. All around great experience and would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their dog!

I encourage you to look at the other 1 star reviews on Yelp, there is a recurring pattern of…read moreunprofessionalism. This is even seen in the replies by the owner, she can clearly "never be wrong." I just want to start by saying this is easily the worst experience I have ever had from any business in my whole life (40 yrs) living in LA, NYC and Las Vegas. Congrats for taking that crown @Confident Canines. Took my puppy here and the owner said on the first class out loud, in a dramatic fashion to everyone, that he bit her when she was feeding him a treat but it was just a passionate grab of the treat, not a bite... her hand was fine and he has never bit anyone, even to this day. He is a kind, albeit excited dog. But not an aggressive one. Instead of doing her job (helping and training dogs), the owner continued her unprofessional behavior by saying we were kicked out of the program and wouldn't receive a refund. Kind of ironic since she runs a dog "confidence" class right? Imagine us, trying to quell our puppy's excitement through the guise of Confident Canines, and then on the first day, the owner kicks you and takes your money. Not a good feeling. The owner should feel ashamed. We have since been to other classes and they have all been fantastic. The same thing happened to other trainers (passionate grab of the treat) and they were mature enough to realize that it was nothing. Everything continued smoothly. Word of advice: if you want to help dogs, then help all dogs EDIT: replying to the owner, we definitely went to your business because I recognize you based on your picture and our credit card charge shows Confident Canines LLC. We also have emails with you. Sad you don't remember - but it makes sense honestly.

*responding here as it will not allow me to update/respond otherwise*…read more My previous review is still up, I didn't remove anything and my statement still stands. If your first response without even meeting the puppy is to medicate it, if you're prejudiced against large breed dogs who's owner is reaching out to actually find the right help and answers, and if your response to someone disagreeing with you is to accuse them of 'being on something,' I don't understand why anyone WOULD have rejoined the zoom. I have my Furbo camera footage with audio of Eileen asking me 'if I am on something,' and me disconnecting the zoom. Over explaining the obvious doesn't explain that. 'Severe case of aggression' is insane for me having explained it was a high stress situation nip, ONE time in 12 years with my boy. Way to advocate. Hi Eileen, I did not refuse to accept that medication might be necessary. I respectfully refused to accept the first step in helping my puppy be medication failing a proper assessment and evaluation. I do not believe a 'severe case of aggression' from a trusted vet of 9 years would be referred without regard, and that immediate attitude of demonization of my dog is one of the reasons I ended the zoom with you. I think most of us with a working day to day common sense understand how prescriptions work. The emails to rejoin the zoom were also respectfully ignored as Eileen began to accuse me of being on drugs when I disagreed with her methods and analysis, thus ending the zoom. I'm glad that some people have found help with you, bless them and their babies
